Nice hotel but really lax service for how empty the restaurant was for brunch. The waiter had only out one table but was rarely around and rarely asked how our food tasted. I had to send the bacon back 3x because they couldn't seem to make soft bacon (for my kids) and my $23 burger was charred to the point where all I tasted was carbon even in their 2nd attempt... Drinks were weak, and the berries were underripe/sour. Pancakes were pretty good but very sugary. Cake was ok but the road flare sparkler they used to celebrate my mom's birthday made our area stink like 4th of July for about 10+ minutes.

Spent time at this bar and restaurant a couple of times. The food is overpriced , ,mediocre and some of the bar staff are judgmental and rude. I hope they look into it not the same place as it used to be before pandemic.

It was okay. Nothing crazy good. There something for everyone but its not exactly amazing food. The drink i got the mocktail pineapple one. It was extremely sour. I wouldve gave a 1 but the service was excellent. My serve she was had glasses and black hair she was amazing. She redid my drink and added sweetner, she also checked up on us and overall did amazing with service. The place also looked nice and modern

Omg! This was a great place to drink and eat! Delicious martinis and appetizers! Be sure to order the roasted Brussel sprouts...they were so good! And the onion soup was such a yummy savory/sweet flavor! I highly recommend this restaurant as well as the hotel Zaza!

Hotel Zaza's valet service WRECKED MY CAR two days ago (10/18/2023) during my wife's company annual charity party (Phillips 66). JAMI O'VERY (company's director) promised they would take care of it and I wouldn't have to worry. AUDRINA LAVEN (hotel Zaza's manager) did the same, reassuring me they hire "reputable companies" as part of their guest experience. Next day I called O'very and she "welcomed" me to file a lawsuit to get a subpoena in order to access the footage. She DENIED ANY RESPONSIBILITY. I called Laven thinking the Hotel Zaza would be willing to weigh in in favor of their customers - from what I understand Phillips 66 hosts several events a year at the hotel. She SHAMELESSLY WASHED HER HANDS, backtracking everything she said the night before, saying the valet service is an independent company and I needed to deal with them directly. It is PREPOSTEROUS that companies like this try to screw over decent people. They even suggested I had wrecked the car and tried to blame them for it!DO NOT STAY at this hotel. If something goes wrong they will probably tell you to go and deal directly with the third party company they hired because they are not responsible. INFAMOUS!

My only recommendation would be to ensure your staff are welcoming upon arrival. Several of your team members (although helpful when engaged) saw us yet never acknowledged or welcomed us. We stood at the podium, waiting to get welcomed yet no one took the initiative until we walked in to address them. Overall - everything was great and the birthday celebration was enjoyed.

Tipping Point is such aa great place for drinks with a friend, dinner with a date, or lunch with co-workers. Located inside Hotel Zaza in the heart of memorial city mall community. Food and drinks have never disappointed me. :) Thank you Tipping Point!

It was the first time me and my boyfriend dined at Tipping Point. When we were looking for brunch spots on a Sunday, this restaurant was on the top of the list. We did what every customer does, we read the reviews and looked at the pictures. The pictures are GORGEOUS, people's food photos yummy. It was a no brainer we were going to Tipping Point for brunch. Let me tell you from the moment we drove up to the front door of ZaZa it was constant pampering!! We drove around looking for parking and finally found out that there is ONLY valet parking. If you are dining at the restaurant the valet is complimentary... 5 STARS on that alone...lol. Then we get inside and it was more gorgeous than the photos. I am an Interior Designer and this was a designers dream. The colors and the attention to details are mesmerizing, it was like pieces of a puzzle coming together with such harmony and unity, with a touch of rhythm. If you're a designer then you get where I'm coming from. Now onto the food.... HUGE COMPLIMENTS to our server, Rosetta (I'm sorry about the spelling) she suggested the best meals to select. I had the French toast with Brandy Brioche and my boyfriend had the All American Breakfast with two amazing caramel lattes, made by our server. The food was delicious and fulfilling. tasty with beautiful colors on a plate. Overall the experience at Tipping Point was stellar. If you want delicious food and would like be pampered even before you walk through the door, then Tipping Point is the place you want to be for a superb brunch. We will be returning again for brunch!

I don't mind a service fee, as long as the service is worth it. The service provided at this establishment was not worth 20%. The place was empty yet our waiter was nonexistent. Hard to get water and didn't understand a repeated request for lemon wedges. Took another 30 - 40 minutes to get the bill.
