I can send him my theme and ask him to jazz up any menu idea that I have, and I am always impressed by my menu options. They are great at elevating the ordinary like chicken into an extraordinary dish that looks great and taste delicious. I highly recommend choosing them for your next event.

Dan is the best with communication and will bend over backwards to create the menu you need - even if it means creating something off the cuff. Dan's team is timely, professional and well organized at each event. The food is incredible with my favorite being the hatch chili patotoes (incredible!!!!). The set up is themed and tasteful each time and really can't recommend another caterer enough to choose for your event.
