So delicious! Instagram made me come here yesterday for brunch with my family and we sure enjoyed it. We had the traditional Filipino breakfast and grabbed a pack of dried fish for home. We will definitely come back next time we’re in Houston.

This is a small Filipino restaurant inside of HEB. The atmosphere is cozy and intimate. The food is authentically flavored and cooked. We had breakfast here and it was delicious! The portions are satisfying!

Social media brought me here. It was good and worth a try. I love the flavors and It’s a nice change from American food for a quick bite. We had the number 4, 7, and some Puto. I also have a Thai wife so this kinda food was very familiar to me. To some people this food may look a little basic but try to enjoy it for what it is.If you’re in the area please stop by and support.

First time trying Filipino food, and it was so good!! I didn't even know this place existed until I saw an instagram reel. I've been inside of this HEB before, but I never noticed the restaurant, probably because the times that I went it was already closed since it was late at night. There wasn't really a menu, so I just went with the classics - chicken adobo and chicken lumpia. The chicken was super flavorful and tender. The chicken lumpia was so crunchy and delicious. It comes with a dipping sauce. Once I got to the bottom of the styrofoam box though, I realized some of the styrofoam had melted, most likely because they had freshly fried the rolls and placed it into the box, so it was piping hot. As I was waiting for my chicken lumpia to come out, I noticed that people usually just order the combo meal which is 2 entrees with a side of rice for $10.99. They have a bunch of protein to choose from. I'll definitely try that next time. The halo halo was everything I imagined it to be. It was so creamy and not too overly sweet. It was refreshing! There's a ton of different toppings at the bottom- red bean, flan, fruit jellies, etc. The ube ice cream was great, and it gave the drink the nice purple color. This spot was pretty busy at the hour I went, but the wait time wasn't too bad since I was having a conversation with a friendly customer. I'll be back again!

Located inside of HEB! The food is masarap. Very good food and location. You can grab some grocery and a meal for the day. We stopped in for Brekky after our cruise and really enjoyed it.

I want this place to do well so I will share what needs to happen. Better trading from the kitchen staff is an issue. If food is dropped on the ground, frozen or not, it should be thrown in trash. However, this was not the case when I went to eat breakfast just a few days ago. I literally saw one of the kitchen staff drop what appeared to be some sort of frozen fried item on the floor and then picked it up and put it back with the rest of them. Maybe if you were at home you could use the 5 second rule but when you're in a public restaurant, no absolutely not. I cannot give a high rating for food when I do not trust how the food has been prepared. Although it does taste very good, I still don't trust it. There's not much that can be done about the atmosphere due to the location, but the service is very friendly and helpful. Once again, I hope this place does well, but I do hope to see that the kitchen staff is better trained on how to appropriately handle food.

Excellent Filipino food with tons of flavor and a very reasonable price. Don't be swayed because this restaurant is inside HEB, it's well worth the visit. The food was all fresh and very flavorful! Our whole family thoroughly enjoyed our meal and we had leftovers to take home with us! We waited for some fresh lumpia and it was definitely hot & fresh, but a little heavy on the shrimp. It made it a bit fishy. Overall, the food, service and atmosphere were great and we will definitely be back when we are in the area.

Food was okay. Felt like fast food, served really slowly. The meat was really really sweet, the rice was a little too dry, and the leechon was subpar. Skewers was okay. Note that tipping 18% of 50 bucks should not make it 80 bucks. Not even sure why I tipped.
