everyone else had such a good experience and I just don’t understand where things went wrong with my order? My son’s cake looked rushed. Overall would not recommend or return. Response: Sir I’m sorry I just came to give my real life experience. The cake was not sitting out in a humid environment, this is the cake immediately after it was picked up (which was LATE courtesy of you) and brought literally straight to the venue, let’s not play the blame game. This cake was rushed which was why my friend had to sit outside nearly 30 minutes for you to bring it out. Thanks again but unfortunately I told the truth and my real Life experience. I also find it funny how someone else came and expressed an issue under a review and you responded apologetically and offered a refund, but me, you made a poor attempt to blame me for the cake and try to trick me into thinking you would’ve you’ve given a refund if I would’ve reached out directly. Never again

The flavor of the cake and frosting never overwhelm each other everything is just right!!! I ordered this cake a week before my husband’s birthday and Tony was able to make the cake exactly how I requested. The design was amazing and the cake tastes great! He was very helpful throughout the entire process. I would definitely recommend his services if you’re looking for a professional chef who can design your next cake/baked treats!

So there was a mix up with the delivery. We never wanted delivery. We thought we were picking up. I wish I would have known they delivered as we would have structured our entire day differently. We scheduled an appointment to pick up cupcakes at 9:00 AM. We get to the apartments and were told that he was delivering to my address. I couldn't understand this as I made it clear we would pick up at 9AM. We needed them at 9AM so that we could pick up and drive across town to where we were setting up. He then later texts that he was in a fender bender and Uber was going to meet us at Party City (my suggestion). Uber did come but it put us 45 minutes behind schedule. I also don't like that you have to pay everything up front. He should ask for a deposit and ask for the remainder during pick-up. It was very frustrating to not know if what you ordered was actually coming. Now, the cupcakes themselves the decoration looked a bit amateur, if I'm being honest. It wasn't horrible, by no means, but not quite what I had in mind. The price was decent though. Okay...the saving grace...the cupcakes were delicious! EVERYONE said the cupcakes tasted amazing. I agree. What we all agreed on, it was no overly sweet, and you could actually taste the ingredients. I hate cupcakes that are so sweet all you taste is sugar and no flavor. These are the perfect balance. Would I use them again? Hmmm...let me think about that one. The flavor was GREAT! I think if you are just getting basic pretty cupcakes and not custom---fabulous. He really did try to make what I requested. Would I use them again? Hmmm...let me think about that one.. If you are going to order, just make sure it is CLEARLY understood you are picking up versus delivering. At least he does deliver--that's a plus. Had I known that I would have had him deliver the day before and it would have saved us a huge headache. We were thinking an 8/10.
