Simon was our bay host at Topgolf, and he did a great job. He greeted us with a big smile and made us feel welcome right away. Simon explained how the games worked and gave us tips to help us play better. He brought our food and drinks quickly and always checked to see if we needed anything else.
Simon was very friendly and patient, even when we had questions. He made sure everyone in our group was having fun. Because of Simon, our visit was easy and enjoyable. We hope to have him as our host again next time! Thank you, Simon!

Very nice experience

I went recently for fun. Very enjoyable experience for noobs like me. The setup was nice, the bathrooms were clean. I'd recommend this for a family fun trip.

Great place to hang out with family and kiddos! The atmosphere is fun, staff is friendly, and the games are super entertaining. The only downside was the food—it could’ve been better. Still, an awesome spot for quality family time and lots of laughs!

Get gift card from costco before you go!

The waitress was horrible and barely checked on us. Then opted to go to the bar and get it myself. Then the waitress while talking to other employees then says oh I can bring you a drink. Of course! After you couldn't even check on us 30 minutes later, right. Then was told I couldn't have two drinks at once though it was two of us. If that's the rules, fine. However, the bartender was extremely rude! Like he didn't want to be at work in the first place. First time here and will not return.

Going to Topgolf with friends was one of the most enjoyable experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment we arrived, the energy was vibrant—music playing, people laughing, and the friendly staff greeting us right away. The place has a fun, modern vibe that feels perfect for both casual hangouts and special occasions. Even for those of us who aren’t great at golf, the games are designed to be easy to learn and incredibly entertaining.

We reserved a bay for our group, and it was spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room to relax, eat, and enjoy the game. The technology makes it simple to track your shots and score points, which adds a competitive yet lighthearted touch to the evening. The staff made sure everything ran smoothly—they regularly checked in to refill drinks, bring food, and answer questions without being intrusive.

The food and drinks were also much better than I expected from a sports venue. We tried several appetizers, including the wings and pretzel bites, and they were delicious. The drink selection was broad, with fun cocktails and mocktails for everyone. It really added to the social experience—great food, great music, and lots of laughter.

What I liked most about Topgolf is how inclusive it feels. Whether you’re a serious golfer, a total beginner, or just there to hang out, everyone can have a great time. It’s a perfect mix of competition, relaxation, and social connection.

Overall, spending the evening at Topgolf with friends was a blast. It’s the kind of place where you can unwind, share laughs, and create memories that last. I’d definitely recommend it for birthdays, casual nights out, or any time you want to do something fun and different.

Took 1:30 minutes to get burgers never plan to eat in this place, only drink there food is not good at all and wait forever for it not worth it at all and I think they do it on purpose so you will stay longer and play more

I’ve been to Topgolf plenty of times, and recently I had the pleasure of being hosted by Simon. From the start, he was super friendly, attentive, and kept great energy the whole night. He made sure our food and drinks were perfect and even helped explain the games to the new people in our group. What stood out was how much he genuinely cared about us having a good time. He checked in at the right moments, gave great recommendations, and kept the vibe fun and relaxed. Topgolf has brought in some new staff lately, and Simon is easily one of the best additions to the team. If you get him as your Bay Host, you’re in great hands.
