Tried 3 of the tacos and two of them were just not good. Crossroads was nothing special, and the Democrat was so bland. Service was amazing, food is just kinda bland.

I continue to have to complain about the same issue with this location, I want to note that if I had seen that it was coming from Shepard I would’ve changed It to another location. Whoever they have hired is either afraid or allergic to giving people the drinks they’ve paid for whenever it is an online/doordash/uber order. It’s absolutely ridiculous. Hire more competent people.

The Baja Shrimp (fried) Taco on a corn tortilla was delicious! We also ordered a Get It Trashy, which was also good but not as good as Baja Shrimp Taco. Wonderful! They fall apart so you’ll need to remember to eat over your plate.

Food is not even closed to being Mexican. In fact, it's not even close to being Tex-Mex. Their corn tortillas are undercooked and extremely greasy with no flavor. They used liquid eggs and the chorizo doesn't even taste like real chorizo. Torchy's tacos are made for the typical non-Mexican clientele.
