It’s been a few years since a tried Torchy’s because we live close to a Velvet Taco. I have to say Torchy’s is better. Both taco places have good variety and great taste, but Torchy’s has more filling. They really pile it on! Make sure you grab a fork so that you can get it all!

Well let’s just say they had no other choice but to give us our money back nothing was correct. I ordered a steak fajita burrito no beans and it didn’t have steak on it, the queso had all the ingredients mixed in when we asked to have it on the side and the lady said it would be on the side and no sauces, some of the tacos didn’t have all the ingredients and some of them were not even cooked.

Terrible experience at Torchy’s Tacos. I wish I could give zero stars.
After placing our order, we waited 30 minutes before checking on the status—only to end up waiting a full hour for NOTHING. Every time we asked, the servers kept saying, "It'll be ready in two minutes," which, of course, was a complete lie.
The most shocking part? The four employees working were doing everything—taking orders, cooking in the kitchen, and serving food. No proper role division, no efficiency, just pure chaos. One worker even admitted, "Yeah, we’re all taking orders, cooking, and serving. It’s really tough for us." I’m sorry, but… how is that a customer’s problem? If your system is a mess, don’t make customers suffer for it!
To make things worse, one male server with curly hair just wandered around, looking lost while carrying chips, as if he forgot what he was supposed to do. No sense of urgency, no professionalism.
If you value your time and money, avoid this place at all costs. The workers don’t respect customers, don’t know how to manage a restaurant, and honestly, seem like they’d be better off staying home than pretending to run a food business.

Straight up gave me 1 of the 5 tacos i ordered and no queso. Ended up going to the Torchys down the street because this place is a shit show on Friday night.
Their tacos have gotten expensive and the tables weren't clean. Also they Have reduced the number of types of tacos they have since the first time I went years ago.
