Great food but on more than one occasion I’ve ordered to go and items have been missing. I don’t notice until I get home and the company response (they typically notice as soon as I leave but make not attempt to contact me) is typically: do you want to come back? Understood but no; I would rather be reimbursed than deal with traffic again. The issue I have and reason for the one star is they do not reimburse for the item AND the tax paid on it. So I’m still paying for something I didn’t receive. Even if it is just a small amount. At this point the forgetting an item is probably 50% of the time so not worth the expense and hassle of calling in. Therefore 1 star.

I always order for pick-up. This particular location is not very good as far as food quality and service. They were 20 minutes late with my pick-up order and left off half the toppings I paid for on my salad. But they want that tip up front when you pay. (10-17-2025 hair in my food 🤢🤮)

Very poor customer service when I called the restaurant to place a to go order. They said they couldn’t take orders over the phone 15 minutes before they closed. I told them I would be there in three minutes to place the order in person and the staff members were laughing in the background.
When I got there to put the order in on their kiosk, the kiosk timed out and wouldn’t let me pay for my meal. The staff member’s excuse was their system times out before they close and they couldn’t make the order as they were already out of food.
My consolation prize, a couple of free taco coupons. I’ll probably give them to someone else that would prefer subpar customer service for their meals in the future.

They ignore you and take 20 minutes for a singe taco. Not very busy. The people who ordered after us with the big orders came out before ours but they were the right kind of people…..
It was the food that was good The queso was recommended and was good I saved my fajita plate for the next day and the chips where fresh even after the second day

I ordered the breakfast taco, but the cheese was frozen and cold. When I asked the staff about it, they said that this was how it was supposed to be. I’ve never had a taco with cold cheese on top.
