Rolls are small but good
Delicious, huge portion sizes. Went for lunch. Owner is apparently local and pointed her out next to the bar (said a fellow eater). Everything had a little twist flavor wise so not exactly like Shogun. Will go again for lunch prices.

Went with my family there and they all had hibachi, I got the combo plate. They were done with their food before I even got my plate of food. Others who got there after us and ordered regular food(not hibachi) got their food before me. Service was not that good and also had knats flying around. Food was decent not for the price.

Food was okay until a roach fell from the hood vent and landed right next to my food. Told the waitress about the roach crawling all over table didnt even seemed concern to address it .Really ruin the whole experience and left feeling grossed out about the cleanliness of the restaurant.

I really enjoyed my Hot Mama roll at Toro. The service was helpful making sure we got our drinks and food at a reasonable time. Our crab puffs got here with our food entrees but it was very delicious. These crab puffs were warm and seasoned so well. The Hot Mama roll has a tempura fried crunch that was scrumptious. My husband liked my roll more than his crazy roll lol I usually like his food so it was nice to be on the other side lol I also order mixed veggies on the side and loved it. I loved the atmosphere here. It doesn’t feel too crowded so this is a nice spot.

I decided to treat myself at this establishment for dinner tonight. I have ordered here several times and only had an issue twice.
The first issue was something that I do not eat and requested to be excluded from my meal being included in it. Someone missed the memo. That order was delivered and was too close to closing time so it couldn’t be rectified.
This time I dined it. I ordered the salmon hibachi which came with a salad, fried rice, and veggies. The salmon looked like it was done from the outside, but while eating it I realized that the texture was a little too soft to be completely cooked. When I inspected a little closer the outer layers were cooked but the inside was pink and soft.
I advised my waiter who then told the manager. The manager offered a 10% discount later bumping it to 20% after my waiter advised him that I’d like to speak with him.
My waiter was kind and courteous. He offered considerate service and apologized on behalf of the restaurant for the situation. However, the manager Bill Min, was the name he gave me, did not express any concern or consideration.
I asked him if I was still being charged full price for the salmon as I did not eat it all due to the fact that it was not completely cooked and could upset my stomach.
He took the plate to the chef and came back to report that pink in the center is how they cook salmon. So forget what I have to say?! The menu didn’t say this or indicate that I would need to ensure I told them to cook it all the way. I explained that I had eaten raw fish. Something my system is not accustom to. Did he care? Nope. Did he still charge me for the fish that I did not completely enjoy? Yep Even after he offered a discount? Yes. He proceeded to say that he didn’t give a discount because I didn’t accept it. But if it was offered, it should have been given. Period.
This business did not value my $ or my experience. Shame on you Bill Min.

Food is good. I ordered from this place 3 plus times a week never a problem until yesterday. I ordered my usual about 8:30pm Saturday for pickup. The staff was polite as usual. I got home with the order and realized one of the items ordered was incorrect. At this time it was pretty late so I figured I would deal with it on my next order which I decided order again on Sunday 6pm. I call my order in the hostess was polite. I ask for the manager to discuss correcting the issue. He answered quickly. I explained the previous days issue with my order and requested he credit the mistake. He asked that I bring the food in. I went on to explained to him this was last evening and that I frequent the establishment 3 time a week and this was frustrating. He explained his policy if I no longer have the food there is nothing he can do. I went on to explained my business will be lost $600 monthly. He responded by saying he has enough customers and rudely hung up the phone. I am going up to this establishment to get the area manager's number. Stay tuned

For there being hardly any customers the servers took forever to do anything. The food was awful. Bento box beef was shoe leather, sushi was tasteless and the appetizer that we had to remind the server twice forand didn't come till after our food was even worse. The batter was wet and didn't seemed cooked properly and server said it was cause it's fresh made.
