Amazing hibachi food. Consistent service and food for the past 1 years. Been a long time customer at this restaurant and every time I take guests there, everyone is so impressed. I have had hibbbachi chicken, shrimp, fried rice, vegetables, soup and salad.

Visited this place on a friend’s recommendation. We made a reservation for a party of 10 at 4:30 PM as we had a game to attend so thinking 1.5 hour would be good to enjoy a good Hibachi meal. I dont understand why the server cannot use a paper to note down the order for 10 people. Nope he had to show how good his memory was which was good but still messed up on our veggie order. Anyways, food is super expensive for the quantity we got for rice, meat and vegetables. Atleast Shogun gives both soup and salad for the dinner price. Food tasted average nothing special. Super disappointed with the quantity served compared to the amount charged.

This place is ok. It's cozy but seems "cold". Not a good place for a date but if you just want something different it could be an ok place. Not the best experience. My food was not hot. Steak was extremely undercooked and when I asked them to fix it it seemed like they just put it in the microwave which made it extremely tough to eat and it was just supposed to be medium. Appetizers were actually much better than the entrees. I can't say I'd return or recommend this place

I love this sushi spot! It's my go-to whenever I'm craving sushi, and they offer an amazing variety with great deals to match. Not only is their sushi menu impressive-my favorites being the Crunchy Roll and Shaggy Roll-but they also serve a delicious selection of hibachi dishes and other options. The flavors are always on point, from the rolls to the entrees. For appetizers, the dumplings and spicy edamame are a must-try! Highly recommended for anyone who loves tasty sushi and more.

I’ve been a loyal customer for over 15 years and have always had pleasant experiences—until last night. My family and I were the only customers in the restaurant, and they sent a chef to our table who, I am certain, was not actually a chef but the dishwasher. Unfortunately, he had no idea how to perform a hibachi show, which is a significant part of the experience. They should have been upfront and let us know they didn’t have a chef available.
The tableside cooking is as integral to the experience as the food itself, and this poor man was completely unprepared. I brought the matter to management’s attention, expecting some sincere regret or acknowledgment, but there was none. Their indifference made it even more disappointing.
After so many years of patronage, I can no longer justify returning, especially when there are other nearby options that value the customer experience. Despite the situation, I left a 25% tip because it wasn’t the staff member’s fault—it was management’s failure to provide a proper experience.
Regrettably, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere. I truly thought I was on Punked or Bloopers... Sad...

Came here to eat on 11/04/2024 at 1:00 pm. The entire restaurant was empty, and I was the only customer.
1. I wanted to order the Hibachi Lunch with Salmon and Shrimp. The Hibachi Salmon was $11.99. Either give me a lunch special with 2 meats, or charge me for the Hibachi Salmon and add 4 pieces of shrimp.
The waitress brought me my order, and it was good. But when the bill came out, she charged me for 2 separate lunches. The Hibachi Salmon for $11.99 and the Hibachi Shrimp for $10.99.
I was not happy about this. Even though she charged me for 2 lunches, she only gave me 1 salad, and there was only 4 of 5 pieces of shrimp on the plate.
Charging me double the price doesn't increase the tip by that much.
The bill came out to be $28. For $28, I could have went to the "All You Can Eat" Sumo Sushi next door, to get more food, better quality food, at a cheaper cost.
I feel like I was cheated out for a few dollars. I will never go back to this restaurant to eat again. I would rather go to Sumo Sushi next door for AYCE sushi.
2. While I was eating there were 2 staffs scrubbing and mopping the floor the entire time. I felt that this was so off-putting. They should have stopped cleaning the floor once they got customers in the restaurant.

The to go portion of food is way to little for $34 I got the chicken and steak Hibachi and even my medium steak was too tough they need to tenderize the meat more even the chicken was kind of dry, also the meat in general was not seasoned well, and the fried rice was very plain it barely had any egg in it…. I did not enjoy this food
