I went to dinner with my family, and unfortunately, our experience was quite disappointing. The waitress took our order incorrectly, and when we politely pointed out the mistake, she became visibly offended and responded in a disrespectful tone. Following that interaction, she failed to check on our table for the remainder of the meal. We eventually had to get another server’s attention just to request a refill. When the manager happened to walk by, I brought the situation to her attention, expecting that she would address the issue appropriately. However, that did not happen. I explained that our waitress had been rude and inattentive, to which the manager responded that the waitress was busy at the bar but had supposedly sent someone else to check on us. I informed her that no one had come by and that we had to seek assistance ourselves. If the waitress was indeed too busy, our table should have been reassigned to another server who was available. It was also concerning to see the waitress conversing casually with what appeared to be her regulars instead of attending to our table. Overall, the management—particularly during the night shift—appears to need significant improvement.

Service and management are horrible. Visited today for lunch and it took 15 min for the waitress to take our drink order after several other tables were seated and orders taken. When she finally brought our drinks, it was visible that one drink was fizzy (coke) and the other was completely flat (Dr pepper) - we asked to change out the drink but the waitress said she had to ask the manager. The manager (Dulce) told her no bc she checked the fountain and there was nothing wrong with it. I asked the waitress for water instead and she rolled her eyes and laughed. I told her I was not paying for the drink and she ran to the manager to tell her I was being a difficult customer. My coworker and I ordered 2 plates plus the chicharrones with guacamole which were all delicious but it’s obvious this restaurant/business has an ongoing issue with this manager and horrible service from its waitresses. Judging from other reviews this has gone on for too long. Would not recommend t this place due to the service.

I ordered Mole. I understand that ever restaurant and there cooks, have there own taste, but this mole didn’t have a lot of flavor. The tortillas were cold and hard. Over all. It was ok.

Waitress Jamey took order and never came back to check on us nor to ask if we’d like more coffee she disappeared/vanished! Our order took so long and three tables were served arriving after us finally my pancakes were served at room temperature with hard over cooked scrambled eggs I addressed this to Mgr. Dulce Meza who is HORRIBLE with NO CUSTOMER SVC SKILLS AT ALL! I then asked for more syrup and butter was never brought! A complaint has already been submitted!
