Not a good location no one understands I order 3 plates all order messed up then one has hair in it 20 mins on hold the manager won’t come on the phone then the lady wants to give me credit at the restaurant rather than giving me refund don’t recommend

I asked for a takeout order by phone when I got home, it was not what I ordered 😡it is very frustrating that they don't give you what you ordered, it was not a mistake in taking the order but in making it or packaging it. I am very upset because I was left without eating what I wanted. Since it is far away, one has no choice but to eat what they put in the bag. Bad experience.

I bought a margarita and it was super delicious and no problems, but when I returned a second time there was a different staff and they didn't want to sell me a Margarita if I didn't buy food from them, I felt extorted. Now I will never return because we are taken advantage of.

More than 30 minutes for a chicken soup and the place wasn't even packed when I arrived. I still had to wait when I arrived at the destination.

We were waiting for the order for more than 1 hour, people arrived, they took the order and we just got up and went to pay for the drinks. I told them that we were waiting for more than 1 hour for the food and it never arrived, not even an apology, terrible service.
The service was wonderful BUT the person singing karaoke MY GOODNESS we could do without EXTREMELY LOUD, we can’t hear each other talk, our experience was eating to extremely loud music with not being able to communicate with family, I really disliked the atmosphere, I loved it before, will not be going back, our family of 14 we spent 300 dollars to just stare at each other,, we have been coming to tostada regia for years SUCH A SHAME, great food WONDERFUL waitresses

Excellent food, flavor, size, highly recommended, the only detail is the weekends, it seems like a concert and the music is too loud, I think after 9pm would be a good time to start your argument, before that time let them have dinner comfortably
