Smoothie was okay, tasted like powder. Got charged for double tapioca but I didn’t ask for extra just for one. Samples tasted like they were out too long as well. Worker was on phone behind door for a few minutes before she came out after I started calling for someone loudly. Wouldn’t come back.
The drinks are AMAZING and not only that but the girl in memorial with glasses (Antonia) she was very patient/Kind with me and helping me choose a drink, I would gladly come again! Excellent customer service!!
Totally Tea is hands-down my new favorite boba spot!
The drinks are incredible — super fresh, perfectly balanced, and not overly sweet. You can really tell they use quality ingredients. The boba itself is chewy and cooked just right, with that perfect soft-but-bouncy texture that’s hard to find. I tried their Brown Sugar Milk Tea, and it was absolutely delicious.
