My friend and I celebrated my birthday last minute reservation and it went very well. Service provided by our server Kate from Kazakhstan who was very professional and attentive with good quality customer service, the food, drinks, ambience and details, made it a special celebration and recommend other people to join the experience. Today, my good friends, invite me to the restaurant: Toulouse café and Bar to celebrate my birthday!It was supposed to be a wonderful evening, but the waiters here had a poor attitude, and the service was inadequate. We order bottle waters and throughout the entire dinner even after we finished eating —over half of the water remained in the bottle. No waiter came to refill our glasses, even worse we had to serve ourselves.We were just halfway through our truffle fries when the waiter cleaned them away without even asking! The main courses arrived lukewarm, which led to stomach discomfort after eating! Finally, we order soufflé and cappuccino, The soufflés tasted extremely sour— not at all to our liking. After discussing it with the waiter, they agree to replace it. Yeah, our cappuccino never arrived even after we finished the desserts ! At the very end , when setting the bill they still charged us for three soufflé , when we called the manager (Mr. J uan)over to clarify, he responded with a terrible attitude—so aggressively that his saliva actually splattered into our water glasses… what was supposed to be a wonderful birthday evening was utterly ruined by them!!!

Saturday brunch on the patio was excellent! Live music from excellent DJ added to a great European cafe vibe. We had three appetizers including quite frankly the best charcuterie board we have ever had. We tried the Pear Spritz … wow! Service was excellent!
