This place is going down hill. Second horrible experience in a row. They have been out of many menu items (including coffee???) and it took over 45 mins to get a sandwich this morning.

i spontaneously came to study with my friend, and we ordered food and drinks. she ordered mac n cheese and i ordered tender and fries, both were very disappointing. the fries were the only okay food. we both order espresso martinis and when i tell you our jaws dropped.. they came in plastic dixie cups and it was straight cold brew and tasted watered down. i will never be coming here again. extremely disappointed, i had high expectations.

I only ever leave reviews when I have to and unfortunately this is one of those cases. I place an online order (very basic thing in 2025), it tells me a pick up time, so I wait the roughly 30 minutes and get there a few minutes after. I was then told that their WiFi is having issues so they aren’t getting online orders, online Uber Eats and DoorDash (because that makes sense?) so she asks if she can take a picture of my order and they’ll make it right there. I told her I really don’t want to have to wait another 30 minutes for food, to which she tells me, it won’t take 30 minutes, it’ll be 10 max. Obviously I knew this wasn’t true but I gave her the benefit of the doubt that it may take 15. Reluctantly agree. 20 minutes go by, I go to check on it, and her reaction was clear as day she didn’t have good news. I told her to just cancel it and she apologized. I wouldn’t have left a review if I just canceled and left initially. I have to leave one because they set new expectations that were again not met, and I blame myself for believing the BS more than anything.

Between ordering and receiving our food, was an hour experience. 45 minutes for a sandwich and a wrap. When we received our food, the wrap didn’t have the chicken we paid for and the sandwich didn’t come with the correct side. $67 for a mediocre meal that wasn’t even correct. Not an apology or an offer for a refund.

*Catering Review* We've ordered custom birthday cakes from Tout Suite Catering for the last 5 years (and driven 45mins to pick them up). We've had the same point of contact for many years. Communication has always been a bit unsatisfactory but in past years we were able to get the cakes and were very happy with the taste and appearance.
This year we again requested custom birthday cakes, provided theme and provided color palette. Tout Suite Catering took the order 9.18 for a need date of 10.11. Follow up communication was again spotty (like previous years) and then basically stopped. We sent repeated emails requesting confirmation that order was good to go and also asked for the invoice. No response. We even went to their restaurant to try to confirm the order and pay. Restaurant said catering had the order but payment needed to go through catering. With the birthdays approaching we again tried to contact catering but no response. Since we did not have any confidence the order would be fulfilled we made other arrangements. We did not receive any communication from Tout Suite Catering beyond 9.23.
The birthday party came and went without any emails or phone calls from Tout Suite Catering.
We loved the appearance and taste of the past cakes we received from Tout Suite Catering. Unfortunately, THE cakes for our kids birthday party are important to us and if we can't trust the order will be filled by Tout Suite we cannot place orders in the future.
If catering capacity was fully booked or for some similar reason they simply couldn't fill the order, there were multiple opportunities to notify us.
