When I walked into the cafe, it was bustling with people constantly coming in and lining up. The place was packed! But, what really bugged me was how no coffee was being made even though they were taking orders left and right. They had two staff members on duty—one seemed to be lost in some task at the back and the other was just tidying up. I mean, it's kind of ridiculous to wait more than 10 minutes for a coffee, especially when they could have whipped up several in that time. It was so slow that people started checking the counter to see what the hold-up was with their coffee. It felt like they took about seven orders without making a single cup.I understand there were only two employees and one seemed pretty new, but it was frustrating not seeing any backup or quicker service. I was this close to walking out without my coffee due to the wait. On a brighter note, their Macaron Mondays offer—get three regulars and snag one free—is a cool deal, although they don’t have any bulk discounts like a 6 or 12 box deal.The staff was friendly, and the coffee was tasty once I finally got my iced caramel macchiato. Plus, they have a private parking lot, which is a nice convenience. But really, they need to either staff up or streamline their process because for folks like me who just want to grab their coffee and go, the current setup isn’t cutting it.

I had the pleasure of visiting Tout Suite last weekend and was served by Victoria, whose service was truly outstanding. From the moment we were seated, Victoria made us feel welcome with her warm smile and attentive manner. She had an excellent grasp of the menu and provided insightful recommendations based on our preferences.Victoria was very knowledgeable about the cafe's offerings and her passion for customer service shone through.Despite the busy atmosphere, she ensured our orders were perfectly timed and that we never felt neglected.She checked in with us regularly without being intrusive, and her friendly conversation added a personal touch that set our experience apart from other cafes. It's rare to find someone who not only excels in their role but also genuinely enhances the dining experience through their charisma and dedication.We will definitely return, not just for the excellent food and coffee, but to enjoy the superb service that Victoria provides. They need to hire more staff because it was only 2 people working and they seemed behind. They did their best but the line was quite long.The food and ambiance and drinks are really good though. I loved my sandwich and everything was tasty.Nice, clean, 2 gender neutral bathrooms.You have to pay for parking nearby in downtown fashion.

Me and my family came in for lunch at around 12, but we're told they don't serve lunch till 2:45pm. An odd time, but given the that it wa a sunday i can understand. The people infront on me ordered and didn't get the food for 30 minutes. Would no recommend

lack of common sense that place is truly mind-blowing. I observed the server struggling to make a smoothie ( someone else that waited 20 minutes), and my order of two tarts and a mimosa took her twenty minutes to complete. It was unbelievable. Given that the Tarts are premaid and the mimosa take less than a minute to pour. To make matters worse, she couldn't process a refund as promised. Despite being assured I would receive a refund and a call back the next day, neither happened. When I called, I was hung up on, received no receipt of my refund—nothing. Since they insist on robbing me of $13, they can keep it. That was the last time I'll set foot in that place; the whole experience was just pure ridiculousness.

love this cafe - located on a small square with beautiful views of downtown high rises. Pastries are delicious and not too sweet (!!). Brunch was tasty - like majority of places, they serve frozen açaí bowl instead of a mixed oat milk one. but it was still good. Recommend to try fried chicken biscuit, replaced with a croissant - delicious!Service was a bit slow. But overall still a great cafe and I would fully recommend!
The place is aesthetically very nice, with the park in front you can sit at the inside or outside tables. We ordered some desserts and we didn't like any of them, they were hard and the taste was nothing out of the ordinary. The service was good because they solved two small problems that we encountered. The atmosphere was very very quiet, so I saw it as a good place to study or work but not for a comfortable conversation. We had a lavender drink that was delicious.
