Treebeards is fantastic - I have been going for years, and the food is consistently very good (both quality and taste). The salads, main courses, sides and desserts are all great - a few of my favorites are the salads (with vinaigrette), the étouffée, the baked and the fried chicken, the chicken and sausage gumbo, the squash casserole, and the brownies!
I have never put a bite of food in my mouth at Treebeards that I didn’t savor. I love this restaurant. I wish there were one closer to my house.

The food in general is great here but the Shrimp etoufee is heavenly. Succulent shrimps with fresh and crunchy onions and celery on top of perfectly cooked rice. I'm hungry again. Fast and good service. The best thing is that Treebeards is one of the few places in the tunnels you don't have to do that obligatory tipping on a screen.
