We visited Trendy Dumpling on Thanksgiving evening when many places were closed, so it was a lucky find. The decor is stylish, and it was fun to watch the chefs at work through the glass window. Since we had a big lunch earlier, we only ordered a few dishes this time — we’ll come back next time.

Fantastic food, relaxing music, and fast and excellent service! Fan favorites are the spicy dumpling, pork Bao, and biang biang noodle. Would recommend trying all three :)

Five months ago, this place was excellent. However, this past week (November 2025) was a different experience.
When preparing a table, a server sprayed the table to wipe it down while holding plates and silverware in the other hand. This could spread airborne contaminants and pathogens.
One of our food orders was missed. They did not check the table, relying on the default 20% tip for large parties.
Trendy Dumpling: please reflect on your past standards; otherwise, customers may choose better places, and you could risk closing your business.

Ordered the hot and spicy dumplings and the biang biang noodles—hand-pulled right in front of you with fresh bok choy and mushrooms. Everything was incredibly flavorful and perfectly cooked. Watching the noodles being made was such a fun touch, and the food tasted even better than it looked. Absolutely delicious—can’t wait to go back!

Hand pulled noodles and dumplings were delicious. Could see the chef making them after we ordered. Staff was all very attentive and helpful. Unassuming setting. Reasonable prices and a good variety or dishes. We were quite happy to have found this little gem on vacation.

If you're a true Asian looking for authenticity... Look elsewhere. The $55 Peking duck was dry and not served in the traditional manner (imagine juicy succulent skin and moist & tender moist sliver of meat - this was not that). It came with pancakes but those were chewy. They served soup dumpling with soy sauce instead of standard ginger vinegar. The flavor of the crispy bottom bao was decent. But missing the soup like juice that some places pull off that make it stellar. General tso chicken was good.

We have been coming to Trendy since the pandemic.Usually the food is fresh and really good quality. Tonight it was not good at all. The dumplings were thick and cumbersome. The greenbeans were soggy, Dan Dan noodles were unremarkable. Beef in the beef and broccoli was tough and chewy. Maybe they changed ownership? Management? Egg rolls must have been three days old. Mushy and tasteless. Disappointing

I've never been here before until a couple weeks ago with my cousins. I really love the food and the overall vibe of the place. It's reasonably priced and I will definitely come back!
