¡Delicioso! ¡Personal amable! La mejor barbacoa de cordero de Houston. They welcomed a group of us celebrating our friends birthday! Would recommend!

Really bad experience starting with waitresses they were all standing like the name of the restaurant 3 chiles parados. Arguing with one another. And the food wasn’t good. The flavor was bad🤢and didn’t match with the price of the menu.
Tip is automatically added by the way😡, is crazy and of course never again come back to this place ➖

The service was terrible. I think the waitress was new and inexperienced, because she served me cold coffee. I asked for milk and she brought it in a plastic cup without a lid. They served the barbecue and tortillas 10 minutes later. I definitely won't be going back.

Pague $40 para que me dieran un monton de huesos en vez de barbacoa la mitad de todo el plato estaba lleno de huesos casi no habia nada dentro y el consomé es pura agua no les recomiendo este lugar.

The food was perfect. Was in the area working a Solar project. Didn’t know the history of this place. The food was great and the team was amazing. Thank you-

We went on a cold (46 degree) day. To my surprise, it was cold inside the restaurant. It's like they don't believe in heaters. All the food was slightly warm (except for the parillada). The parillada was missing guacamole, salad, and limes. We also ordered the borrego meat. My taste buds did not like. It tasted very wild without any flavor. The best thing was their cafe de olla. Even though the coffee was luke warm.....it was good. Not worth the price, drive, or effort.

Honestly, we had to travel from New Orleans, La. Just to taste this authentic Mexican BBQ!
It was definitely worth it. We'll be back soon for a whole lamb.
Service was excellent and the atmosphere is enjoyable. The flavor and quality of the BBQ exceeded our expectations. Highly recommended. 🌮😋👍

I must admit the place was unimpressive after viewing the videos on Instagram. On the video you see were the barbacoa is supposedly cooked. You also see what would appear to be the garden we're you would be sitting and eating freshly taken barbacoa from the hole pit. Unfortunately, when you arrive to tres chiles it is a restaurant in a run down strip mall. As you walk in, there are heads of hunted deer and old tables. Positive, the high energy and attentiveness of the wait staff. And then the barbacoa. I thought it was good, well prepared. But not one of the best I had. It is still great to have lamb barbacoa in Houston.
I think the disappointment of not seeing the pits or what would appear to be the restaurant as in their Instagram had something to do with not enjoying the meal as much.
