I must admit the place was unimpressive after viewing the videos on Instagram. On the video you see were the barbacoa is supposedly cooked. You also see what would appear to be the garden we're you would be sitting and eating freshly taken barbacoa from the hole pit. Unfortunately, when you arrive to tres chiles it is a restaurant in a run down strip mall. As you walk in, there are heads of hunted deer and old tables. Positive, the high energy and attentiveness of the wait...
