I think they have great breakfast and fresh tortillas.
The BEST chilaquiles and great customer service. A must go to for authentic Mexican food. Absolutely love this place, family owned and operated and located in the heart of Northside

Sweet little breakfast spot I enjoyed while visiting Houston. Good coffee and Huevos rancheros meal. We waited a bit for our meal but for the price, it’s a solid option in Houston where you have to stand out among the competition

I took my father to eat here on Father's day 2024. We were waiting more than 45 minutes for our food and we still hadn't received it. I had to leave because it was a ridiculous wait. They are pricey as well for Mexican food. I paid for my 3 drinks and left and for tea and 2 oj's it was $16.26.
This has become my favorite local TexMex in the past few years. Food quality is well above average. The fajita is some of the best I've had and the chicken enchiladas are better than most that I've had in the past 40 years. Very good free chips and excellent diablo salsa.
Wheelchair accessibility: Yes. Ground level entrance, no steps anywhere.

I tried the breakfast Chorizo plate it was with good flavor. But I think they need to put more food on the plate. It was a very small amount. I don't mind paying a little bit more for more food. I know that prices have gone up in the last year and a half. Sometimes the coffee is very bitter. I don't know if they put too much coffee ratio to water. It's called saving on coffee cost. But it helps to clean out the coffee machine every so often. It's very inexpensive. To clean.I do this at home. Just put a little bit of vinegar, don't overdo,2 or 35 spoons. Then run the hot water 3 or 4 times through it and it will be clean. The coffee will taste a lot better, coffee is supposed to be taste delicious, not bitter. But I do have to say the restaurant is very clean and the restrooms are the right size for the amount of people coming into the restaurant. The waitress were very nice with. good service. I think people should go there and decide for themselves. I am hoping that the owner or management will respond to all the.Reviews

All the food is very delicious, homemade style, very affordable prices and the waiters are super friendly...
Food didnt have any flavor, my mom's faultas were basically burnt. I ordered a regular breakfast plate, pancakes were rubbery. Staff was okay and atmosphere was nice , but food wasn't worth it. They also gave themselves an extra $5 tip that I left them but, its whatever at this point. Most likely never returning again, was pretty desperate for something to eat that day... wasn't worth it imo.
