Tropical Smoothie Cafe in Houston

“They didn't make my order. Said they couldn't make the sandwich after saying they were working on the order. I had waited a half hour before even being told. They had said they were working on my order when I got there. I asked for reimbursement since the sandwich couldn't be made. They hadn't even started the smoothie and I had to get to an appointment. They said couldn't reimburse me because I ordered online. I called customer service who told me all they can do is submit a claim. This was two weeks ago and customer service still says there's nothing they can do. They have done what they can. I find it unethical that tropical smoothie doesn't have a way to pay back people who order online if the order can't be fulfilled. How long does one have to wait for whomever to decide if I'm telling the truth? Knowing that there are no guarantees on getting our money back when ordering online is disappointing and I think it's unethical to keep my money. I will never eat tropical smoothie again because there are no guarantees or protection for the consumer or their money.“

“Came here for dinner and really enjoyed our meal. My husband and I both got a wrap and a smoothie. I got the jerk chicken wrap, and I was hoping for a little more kick, but overall, the chicken was well seasoned, and the veggies were fresh. The wrap itself was pretty good as well. I got a side of the apple kale slaw, and I would say unless you enjoy more traditional coleslaw with mayo, I wouldn't suggest this slaw. The smoothie was amazing and the thing I honestly look forward to the most going back for!“

“Love this place. Healthy clean eats and the smoothies are always worth it especially the green fat burned. The points system also is a great way to gain free items. I’ve visited multiple locations even in different states and their service and food is always good.“

“I love coming here but unfortunately I will not be coming here again, due to my visit there today messed up my whole day. Yes my favorite server of all time Miss Jas said that she is being layed off by the company. That hurt my feelings today. Every single staff member that I have encountered is so unbelievably warm friendly and attentive I’ve had good experiences at all the ones that I’ve gone to but this one especially“
