I've always had problems with this location (placing hot food and cold bowls in the same bag on top of each other, not swapping the sweetener as I asked, etc.) Usually, they try to fix it. This time, not so much.
Got there before close, but they were trying to rush us out. Starting shutting off lights 15 minutes before close to tell us we had to go.
Also, they didn't want to honor our coupons for free smoothie bowls. Said they were "out of stock," even though you could literally see them in the fridge from the order station.
They at least made my friend's smoothie when I asked about it (they weren't going to because the "system shouldn't have accepted it" because it was 10 before close, even though she was there in the store - took them less than 2 minutes to do it). I'll give them some credit for that, I guess.

Most of the staff seems miserable to be there and work. It is super uncomfortable…… and the food/smoothies are inconsistent . As someone who usually goes several times a week, that is super disappointing!

They close 30 mins earlier than the hours posted. I have been coming here for years & this is really inconvenient and unfortunate for health care workers who get off later in the evening.
I had never heard of this place, until I visited Houston. The chicken bacon ranch flatbread I had was good! Very simple, but really tasty, the atmosphere was cute and quaint. My partner got a jerk wrap and was able to customize it. I’d visit again.

I work for door dash and had two orders go through this location. Upon arrival at 8:40am they had not opened the store and the posted opening time was 8am. There was a female worker who was just an associate waiting for god knows how long. Terrible service. UPDATE: the “manager” showed up at 9:20 and cancelled the two door dash orders that were with this store. Maybe show up on time dude.to your update, “owner” of this tropical smoothie, I didn’t steal jack i deliver everything I get handed to me. And I have physical proof that I give to doordash every day. And doordash doesn’t cancel orders it’s either the customer or the store. I talked to the customer when I dropped off her order and she didn’t cancel anything. Just accept that your in the wrong. I feel bad for the girl you had waiting outside for an hour and 20 mins because you didn’t wanna show up on time.
