I have the Caribbean chicken wrap and it was so good but the little spicy also got the jetty punch which was also very delicious definitely coming back show me my new lunch spot for me

Me and 3 other customers came to this Studemont location at 7:46pm on 5/18/2025 and tropical smoothie closes at 8pm. When i tried to enter, their doors were locked and there were 2 workers inside cleaning and decided to ignore me. They also ignored 3 other customers that tried to come inside to purchase smoothies too. I gladly drove down the street and gave my money to their competitors and was served with respect and will never come back to this tropical smoothie location ever again, absolutely disgusting.

LTropical Smoothie’s Plant-Based Meat Shortage is Unacceptable
For a company that prides itself on offering fresh, healthy alternatives, Tropical Smoothie Cafe has been failing miserably when it comes to actually serving its plant-based customers. For three weeks yes, three whole weeks they have been completely out of plant-based meat, leaving vegetarian and vegan customers with little more than lettuce, sad wraps, and the false hope that “maybe next time” they’ll have what’s clearly listed on the menu.
How does a national chain run out of a core ingredient for nearly a month? Poor planning? Indifference? Either way, it’s beyond frustrating. Imagine a burger joint running out of beef for weeks on end—would that be tolerated? Of course not. But somehow, Tropical Smoothie expects its plant-based customers to just deal with it.
The real kicker? There’s no transparency about the issue. No signs. No apologies. No attempt to make up for the inconvenience—just an awkward “Yeah, we don’t have that right now” when you try to order. It’s as if plant-based eaters are an afterthought rather than valued customers.
Tropical Smoothie, do better. Either commit to keeping plant-based options consistently available or admit that you don’t actually care about your vegetarian and vegan customers. Because right now, you’re making it painfully clear which one it is.

Nice staff members. Food was just meh. Small portions and over priced. Apple was not fresh.
Love this place. Healthy clean eats and the smoothies are always worth it especially the green fat burned. The points system also is a great way to gain free items. I’ve visited multiple locations even in different states and their service and food is always good.

Issues every single time now … the sliders have been hard or burnt all weekend . Ordered Friday … burnt , ordered today (Sunday) hard as bricks . I used to love this place

Showed up 30 minutes before close. The lights were off and the workers were sitting on their phones. When we walked up to order they said they were no longer serving food because they already cleaned up. I’ve worked in numerous restaurants and clean up always starts after close. As an employee you should be aware that you will be staying after close to clean up not leaving right when the restaurant closes. Very disappointed in the management at this location.

I must say this is a very neat, clean, and friendly location. The employees are super friendly upon arrival. I am greeted every time I walk in. Ordering is super easy and the service is amazing and FAST!
