Tropical Smoothie Cafe

The boys who work here have the worst attitudes every time. Sometimes they don’t even speak at all. Today I was greeted at the register by the employee who was sitting in the booth and then came over and I kid you not blew vape smoke in my face. The food is different every time. You will never get the same thing twice. I’m from Florida this is the worst tropical smoothie location I have ever been to in my life. Just terrible terrible terrible service. Once I came at 7 and they said they’re not serving food anymore because they cleaned up already. Just terrible. Terrible.

Middle of the afternoon and they have one person taking orders, making orders, and running the establishment. Took a little over 20 min to get my order and because they were so short staffed there was nobody available to make food orders, smoothies only. Side note: if you order on uber eats the up charge on smoothies is about $3.80

Waited for over 20 minutes to get one drink. They also made the ppl who order after me drinks before I had to ask “why is my drink not ready if I ordered first”.
I’ve waited 5-10 minutes before but over 20 minutes I should’ve just got a refund and canceled my order.

I wished they used Fresh cut fruit I ordered a smoothie bowl and the pineapple was canned and mango was not good at all.

This place was very good and they brought me my food when it was ready which was super quickly. The food was warm. I ordered the chicken and bacon and ranch flatbread and it was very good and it had an amazing price. I also bought a smoothie which was excellent and I recommend this place immensely.

I want to like them because they are the closest location to them but everytime we go they have the HARDEST time understanding the concept of adding no additional sugars. We could say no turbinado, no sweetener, sugar free and they still somehow stare at us and add it. I think we will stick to the tropical smoothies by our work instead.

I ordered via the app today. Unfortunately, one of food options was not available. I decided to cancel my order. The staff promptly called to let me know the item was not available and offered substitutes. I did not want the substitute. I later talked with Amber about a refund and she offered to refund me if I came in store. I did not want to come in store. Amber quickly troubleshooted my refund and called me to let me know it was completed without coming in. I really appreciate the stores efforts to accommodate me. A++++ customer service.

DO NOT WORK HERE LMAOOOOOOOOO!!! I had an interview last Friday, June 21, 2024, with Dianna and she said I got the job & said she was going to give me the job but had to talk to her boss Amber. Amber told me to come in for an interview on Tuesday, June 25, 2024. I came in and this woman wasted my time. She did not want to hire me over something I did when I was a teenager lmaooooooooo. She wasted my time & gas. If you didn’t want to hire me you could have easily text, email, or call me. Do not work here because they pay trash & will waste your time.

I visit this location often. I decided to try something new and I added peanut butter to my smoothie. And it wasn’t happy with the taste. I went into the store and asked to have it remade. “Amber” was so helpful and fixed it right away. Thanked me for being a regular. Great customer service! I’ll definitely be back.
