Tropical Smoothie Cafe

I love coming here but unfortunately I will not be coming here again, due to my visit there today messed up my whole day. Yes my favorite server of all time Miss Jas said that she is being layed off by the company. That hurt my feelings today. This let's me know that this company do not appreciate good service, so therefore as much as love tropical smoothie I'm going to let it go for now

This location is by far the best TSC in the Houston area, and i've been to a lot of them. What separates this location from the others is Jazz and her team. The service here is second to none. Today I found out that Jazz has been asked to leave the company. This is unfortunate because Jazz is excellent at customer service and runs a clean, well run store. I will miss Jazz.

I’ve been coming here for over a year now, though I’ve met several different employees, my order is always right, everyone is always beyond friendly and welcoming and my bowl always tastes soooo good!

Jazz had great customer service and a great attitude. It also looks like Jazz keeps the store very clean and well maintained everytime I come.

this was in my drink a piece of plastic i couldn’t finish my drink it was bits of pieces throughout it this is ridiculous

On google maps, it says they are open at 7 AM. I'm here at 7:10 AM and they are not open. The first time I came here, they ran out of the necessary items to make a bowl. Now I'm going to drive to the other location on Westheimer. Highly recommend any other location other than this one.

their smoothie bowls are not blended correctly and the bowls are tiny and impractical to eat out of. waste of money and resources.

The boys who work here have the worst attitudes every time. Sometimes they don’t even speak at all. Today I was greeted at the register by the employee who was sitting in the booth and then came over and I kid you not blew vape smoke in my face. The food is different every time. You will never get the same thing twice. I’m from Florida this is the worst tropical smoothie location I have ever been to in my life. Just terrible terrible terrible service. Once I came at 7 and they said they’re not serving food anymore because they cleaned up already. Just terrible. Terrible.

Middle of the afternoon and they have one person taking orders, making orders, and running the establishment. Took a little over 20 min to get my order and because they were so short staffed there was nobody available to make food orders, smoothies only. Side note: if you order on uber eats the up charge on smoothies is about $3.80

Waited for over 20 minutes to get one drink. They also made the ppl who order after me drinks before I had to ask “why is my drink not ready if I ordered first”.
I’ve waited 5-10 minutes before but over 20 minutes I should’ve just got a refund and canceled my order.

I wished they used Fresh cut fruit I ordered a smoothie bowl and the pineapple was canned and mango was not good at all.
