I love tropical smoothie cafe they make the best smoothies ever they are much better than Starbucks drinks but they are caffeine free. The Bahama taste delicious and magnificent.

1st time here!! Bad first impression!! I walked in and was not greeted, even when the girl came to the register. I didn't know she was ready to take my order because she's was being mute. Very dry. I had to ask her if she was ready for me since she was preoccupied before. I asked if she could recommend a popular bowl... that literally took 30 seconds! ?at this point, A.I. can take over because that would be better than this torture. Maybe I'll have a better experience, at a different location.

I ordered 2 smoothies and a quesadilla I corrected the cashier over and over for just not listening to my order and they still got it wrong and somehow charged me for a third smoothie and gave us attitude for saying they did nothing how was ordered?

The food is straight for a somewhat healthy option but please hire new staff! They are all trash and look like they are on drugs. They don’t want to work and don’t care about anything. McDonald’s has better service by a long shot compared to this place. The girl with the glasses is supposed to be the manager I guess but the only thing she’s managing is a circus cause she is a clown like the rest of the drugged up employees. If you don’t like your job get another one ☝️ it’s pretty simple don’t go there just get food stamps and disability checks cause I’m not sure what your ability is as an employee/human being. I used to work minimum wage jobs as a kid but now I own my own businesses and never treated any customer the way these clowns do. It just shows you where people will end up in life. Oh well I’ll just cry about it in my Porsche or Benz, whatever mood I feel like I’m in that day. Lol ?

When I walked in a few minutes ago, I was not greeted nor serviced. A girl with red braids and a green jacket was simply sitting there on her phone though it was apparent that we were standing there waiting to order. While she was sitting on her phone on tiktok not acknowledging us, she also wasn't acknowledging the multiple online orders that were on the screen. It took us leaving for her to look at us smiling like she knew she was not wanting to service us. Before we came in a man who seemed to be in the same situation as us rushed out unserviced as well. Please get the employment and staffing in order because that is so unacceptable. I know I won't be coming in if I ever see her again. This was also during store hours and if she wasn't taking orders that should've been stated.

Terrible customer service. No one acts like they want to work, they take your order with an attitude, unpleasant customer service experience. It’s a shame, this used to be my go-to spot since they serve somewhat health conscious food. Sorry, but I’m not giving my business to a business that acts like they don’t want it.
No one has yet to contact me about giving me back my money for an order that was never made! I have contacted them several times through the email and phone and no communication on their part. I just want want my $13 and change back for never receiving my order.

Terrible customer service. Don't worry about ordering curbside, the manager says they don't pay attention to curbside so your food will just sit in the window until you literally call them and ask them to bring it out to you. This staff is just extremely lazy. If they aren't going to utilize the curbside option they should get rid of it instead of giving out cold food. My flat bread was extremely cold and the bread was tough. You couldn't even chew it. So not only is the customer service trash but so is the food.

Horrible experience the lady deja s worst attitude I ever dealt with in restaurant’ & she’s a “manager” this is unacceptable I would appreciate if the head manager can reach out I got 2 flatbreads I said 2 with lays chips and one with jalapeño corn ‘ my corn was halfway empty ‘ & she only put one chip in the bag when on my receipt she rung me up for 2 & she said she didn’t ringMe up for 2 when she did & the side automatically comes with it ‘ she laughing as I’m letting her know she’s wrong ‘ they didn’t have coconut for the Bahama mama smoothie or stuff done to make the mango don’t recommend this location & definitely won’t be back ‘
