When management is not here, this place is so slow and terrible. They don’t acknowledge you, say “sorry be right with you”. Just waited 20 minutes for my order. Unacceptable, i’ll start making smoothies at home.

I ordered the New nutella acai bowl.. I was happy until I got back to work and noticed there was no nutella.. I told myself maybe it was under the fruit, but nope.. no nutella … just make sure to check your order, its very annoying the ingredient thats included in IN THE NAME is missing 🙄..

Showed up at 8:43pm and the employees had the door locked and turned off the interior lights while standing there. I’m reading other reviews and see this isn’t the first time this has happened. This store needs to change its posted hours because clearly they are not actually open until 9pm.

I ordered in the app and drove to the cafe but they refused to make the order. They didn't help with getting a refund and the app doesn't have an easy process. I used rewards points on the order and I can't get them back now. Never coming back to this location.

Ordered online and it said my order would be ready around 835pm. I walked in at 8:37pm and all the lights were off, everything cleaned and put away. Staff said you have to leave, we're closed. They seemed in a hurry to leave and that we would get a refund. Not sure if it was a staff issue or upper management issue but many customers tried going in and let down.

Very rude, unprofessional, and not respectful to customers.

I placed an online order and when I went to pick it up, they said they were “too busy” and won’t complete any more orders, so I should ask the app for a refund.

I already paid for the food, the only reason I ordered was because there’s a coupon that’s only good for today, so not only do I have to find out how to get a refund, but I ask missed out receiving the in-app deal. Extremely frustrating.

Every single staff member that I have encountered is so unbelievably warm friendly and attentive I’ve had good experiences at all the ones that I’ve gone to but this one especially
