Thought I was getting a fresh açaí bowl. It was frozen solid. Who knows how long it was sitting in freezer.

Karin helped me out and I missed my smoothie order so it meant a lot he helped me out and remade it for me. Makes the difference between going here and smoothie king. Told the smoothies and food here is better. They don’t skimp on the ingredients! Very good Tropical location PLUS drivethru!

Management here makes this place a business I will not support at all. They are not customer oriented or friendly and only care about money. I would advice spending your money elsewhere and stay far away from this location.
