I had an amazing experience at True Food Kitchen! The food was fresh, and flavorful. Brittany our server made our dining experience enjoyable. She was attentive without being overbearing. Our drinks were always refilled on time, and our food came out exactly as ordered. 10/10 would go back!

This used to be my favorite restaurant. I noticed over the years. The quality of food and service have gone down. The restaurant is beautiful and located in great area. It took about 10 minutes for me to be greeted. It took another 15 minutes for me to get my Matcha tea. I had to ask for water. My waitress seemed like she was a bit, overwhelmed and annoyed. The edamame dumplings were good., But my ancient grains bowl was bland and had no flavor. It saddens me that the quality of food and service has gone down so much.

While the menu is promising, the food came out cold and there was a 5-10 min swing between the first person getting their entre and the rest of the table being served. The food was not cooked well and was sloppy on the plate. I have had better experiences here, but this one not so much.

The squash soup is excellent. My wife loved the food. I'm not convinced but if you like very healthy, almost too healthy in my opinion, probably your place.

LaToya served our large family group from out of town and was great! The food was fresh and wonderful, and the variety met our diverse preferences. One dish came out cold, and LaToya insisted on making it right. I highly recommend True Foods, and ask for LaToya!

We were served by Aaron and his excellent trainee (sadly, one day later I can't remember her name but she was fantastic). The food was prepared exactly as ordered and was so delicious! Great service, great food, great atmosphere. I'll definitely be back.

Ashley is always sooo attentive and amazing! As a doordasher, picking up togo orders can be a hassle when the to go representative is not on top of everything. I know when going to truefood kitchen, I am always in good hands with Ashley there. I have also ordered for myself, and the food is delicious! It’s always my go to for lunch.

The menu provides for GF and the descriptions sounded delicious which is why we chose to go there. It was extremely disappointing. The quality of each dish was underwhelming. The hamburger was the size of a McDonalds burger - according to my grandson it tasted a little bit better than Mc D. My son got a quinoa bowl that was bland and he only ate half. The turkey burger was tiny and "ok" according to my daughter-in-law. Everyone agreed the French fries were not good and tasted stale- seemed like frozen fries and not crisp at all The Brussel sprouts starter was delicious. I had a steak which was good- I gave half to my grandson to make up for the small burger. I subbed Honey carrots for the fries and they were okay. All this mediocre food for over $130. None of us will ever return.
