I love true food kitchen, because they have so many alternative options on their menu for those of us with dietary restrictions. They make my diet taste better. Anyone who can do that gets my vote.

True Food Kitchen is always consistently good, the ambiance is bright, light and happy. The food is fresh and interesting. Service was very nice & comfortable. Our waiter did not seem to be familiar with all items on the menu, but was congenial and went and asked about our specific questions. She may have been a new waiter. Overall we can alwasy count on True Foods to be a good, casual experience which we value.

Good food, quick and easy, lots of variety and love all of the beverage options (from lemonade with creatine to adaptogen tea). Healthier options than normal food in the area but not actually healthy.
