The best brisket I have ever had in my life. You also must try the tater tot casserole and the banana pudding!! Jerry took wonderful care of us and we enjoyed getting to talk to him.
Thanks Texas Monthly for the review. Came in from Dallas to meet an Australian friend. He insisted on experiencing Texas BBQ. Truth BBQ did not disappoint...he even has to buy a souvenir T-shirt
I've been to Truth BBQ several times, and it has yet to let me down. My husband and I stopped in for lunch, and it was great as usual. There's usually a line, and this time was no different. We arrived before opening since we were already in the area, and as others started to line up, we joined them. When the doors opened, we were among the first group welcomed in.
The staff here always seems genuinely excited to see everyone and happy to be at work....
