Went there for our anniversary, and it was an amazing experience. They delivered the experience I was hoping for. Bringing a card to the table in honor of our anniversary was a splendid touch.
The waiters pushed more expensive food to an annoying point. It was already too expensive.
Elegant place, outstanding service, great food. A restaurant where sophisticated Houstonians go.
Outstanding ambience, I loved the decor it really made us feel like we were in a swanky place. The live piano was completely unexpected. Our waiter, Vic, made outstanding recommendations for our food, and constantly made sure that we where more than satisfied. The rest of the staff worked hard to make our anniversary special, even giving us a handwritten card congratulating us.
Horrible-they did not honor my reservation at all. Said it was full and no one would get up. Said call management next time because they can not control seating so no idea when i would be seated. i would never use this service if my reservation is not honored. Terrible business practice on both your art and the restaurant.
Fantastic restaurant, with one of the best services I have received in a while. Lupe our server is a Gem. Paid attention to detail and was always willing to help The food is pricey, but worth it.
Two years ago, we went there for our anniversary, and everything was amazing. This time, my husband booked it for my birthday, and it was disappointing. I told them I don’t drink or eat pork, but the staff kept saying they couldn’t adjust anything. My steak came out medium rare instead of medium well, and they kept removing bread and napkins from the table without asking. The staff and even a guard kept walking around watching people, which felt uncomfortable. When I was showing my husband something on my phone, the waiter said “no cameras,” which was rude and unnecessary. The food and atmosphere weren’t the same — I wouldn’t go back again.

Well,... first off we were the first ones in the place,... with a reservation,... and thrusts at a secondary table shoved just outside of the rest of the Diners. They tried to charge me for a “setup fee” and for tap water. I will say the Saltgrass ribeye far exceeds Turners $98 American Wagu Ribeye. The experience was very disappointing but not as much as the value, Thus was my second try,.... and my last.
Great experience! Honestly Turner's is a restaurant where you can really enjoy a date night. From the decor, the lighting and most importantly the service is fantastic. Everyone is very professional and friendly. The food and drinks were pretty good. The prices might be on the higher end but honestly the experience is worthy.
Ingrid took care of us and made the night lovely and accomodating.
Would come back, we got the pianist to play september hahaha

The restaurant charged a kitchen service fee of 3%. Complete BS. Note I don't recall seeing anything anywhere to tell me about the fee. No explanation. I like eating at Berg group restaurants; however, I will down-rate every time the is such a charge
Juan's the best server a guest could ask for. Pianist knows every song, wine, food, ambiance, it's all the best.
An experience to relive. Very private too An experience to relive. Very private too An experience to relive. Very private too
Sat at the bar for the first time as all tables were booked...excellent service and experience!
Our waiter Christopher was outstanding, respecting our business conversations while providing impeccable service. The lobster bisque was very good, but the red snapper was delicious and cooked to perfection. The entire staff was friendly and helpful, and this (my third) visit cements Turner's as one of my go-to places for business meals.
