A below average experience. Small portions and average food. The drinks don’t taste crafty. I did enjoy the atmosphere with the live piano music. The mashed potatoes came in an 8oz cup. This has been one of the poorer fine dining experiences.

Dinner at Turners was an awesome experience. The food was delicious - we had the soup of the day, the beet salad, and the beef carpaccio as starters, followed by lobster risotto, spinach ravioli, and the A5 Wagyu filet mignon as main course, and chocolate cake and Turtle brownie sundae for dessert. The wine list is extensive, with some very reasonably priced, good wines. The ambiance was lively, with some very good live music, clearly everyone was enjoying themselves. Above all, the service really stood out as excellent - Arturo took great care of us, making sure we had everything we wanted, right when we wanted, and without any pressure to move on. Overall, an amazing evening and we will definitely be back to try more dishes.
So cute.

All I got to say, for my first time fine dining this was an experience neither myself or my wife will forget. From the service, to the entertainment, to the guest all could not have been better. I am thankful for making a night that much more special.

Turners is phenomenal every time I’ve been. The food and atmosphere will make for a great occasion or just a night out. Our server Mike was sure to keep us well tended to

Turner’s is truly an experience in fine dining that I’d certainly recommend. The drinks were delicious and service was excellent. For the appetizer, we had the broken arrow ranch quail and gnocchi batonnets, the waygu filet mignon for my entree and coconut cake for dessert. Every bite was sumptuous though the portions are small. The ambiance was amazing, with the most memorable part of my night being the live music from the talented musician on piano. I hope everyone gets that same lovely experience.

Such wonderful food and service, intimate setting, decorated beautifully for the season. A great “special occasion” place. The food is delicious without feeling too uppity.
Let me start with saying that we have eaten at Turner's numerous times, including prior Thanksgivings and New Year's Eve celebrations along with just normal reservation types. This by far was the most disappointing experience we've ever had at any Benjamin Berg restaurant. The drinks were good. Shrimp cocktail seemed like they had barely defrosted . Very very tough! I asked for my steak medium rare. It came out very rare (internally cold to touch) sent back and still came back rare... Had to change order to the pot pie. The side of mac & cheese was cold. Service was off and I understand it was a holiday so maybe you were short staffed but if that's the case just stay closed. All of this for a price point over $700 before tip is insane. And obviously we don't mind the typical price point when the food is good because like I've said we've been there humorous times without any issue. The quality of food that was served I feel like I could've just gone to Luby‘s. I wish there was a way that you could check how many times me and my family have been to a Benjamin Berg restaurant. This is my first ever complaint... So dissatisfied.
We enjoyed both the service and atmosphere here on our recent first visit. The food was just average; a disappointment given the very high prices. The primary reason for the low rating was the 3% Restaurant Operating Fee tacked onto our very high bill for 6 adults, out for a special celebration and ordering cocktails, appetizers, salads, dinners, desserts and nice wines. Although this may or may not be becoming standard practice, it should certainly be communicated prior to ordering. I have to wonder if the hard working waitstaff are seeing their tips suffer as a result of this offensive practice.

Went there for our anniversary, and it was an amazing experience. They delivered the experience I was hoping for. Bringing a card to the table in honor of our anniversary was a splendid touch.
The waiters pushed more expensive food to an annoying point. It was already too expensive.
Elegant place, outstanding service, great food. A restaurant where sophisticated Houstonians go.
Outstanding ambience, I loved the decor it really made us feel like we were in a swanky place. The live piano was completely unexpected. Our waiter, Vic, made outstanding recommendations for our food, and constantly made sure that we where more than satisfied. The rest of the staff worked hard to make our anniversary special, even giving us a handwritten card congratulating us.
