Y’all I should’ve read the reviews first before going. Ok, first of I honestly don’t know why this place is even open. Place is very unclean, floors look like they haven’t been mopped all day, heck maybe not even the night before. Tables? Very dirty. Toppings? Very unorganized. No seriously, this place is so outdated, and not clean at all. Also I paid $65 for 5 adults and 1 child!!! That’s ridiculous. I’m pretty sure the machines aren’t properly cleaned either or something is expired because I got sick right after. Stay away from this location. Pasadena location is way better.

The frozen yogurt had a weird taste, and when I mentioned it, the staff refused to try it or do anything about it—just said, “That’s how it tastes.” They wouldn’t refund me either. The place looked messy and unorganized. I don’t recommend it.

Lacking flavor..

Over priced and the yogurt tasted like expired milk. I went in to let them know & I asked how often they clean the machines out and the employees said nothing just blank stare.

I got there with my little brothers and the 2 workers were rushing us mind you they didn’t close till 40 minutes.1 lady was blocking my 9 year old brother from getting boba then when we were leaving she pushing him and slammed the door he told me the next day saying he left uncomfortable if I knew at the time I would of slapped her cause no way you’re treating a 9 year old like that.i called the manager for the corporate number she hung up on me saying she didn’t have time and hung up again (I HAVE IT ALL RECORDED) I went the next day asked the manager why she keeps hanging up on me and she ran to the back and said she wasn’t going to give me her name or corporates number

I really enjoy this place. they have the best fresh fruit tasting ice cream- with endless toppings- I always see staff cleaning and maintaining product- other places don't do that.

Staff is not friendly at all and they are WAY over priced

Worst service ever I went in to order 2 smoothies one strawberry banana and 1 blueberry strawberry they told they couldn’t do it cuz they were supposed busy when no one was behind me at all I use to go here often cuz the prices were good but that lady was rude didn’t even let me 2 smoothies don’t waste yall time

I arrived 20 minutes before closing, and instead of a welcoming experience, I was met with rudeness. The two ladies working were rushing me the entire time and even locked me inside. If a business posts specific hours, they should honor them without making customers feel like an inconvenience. Very unprofessional.
