I'd give 0 stars if I could. So ridiculously expensive. And then they were supposed to have kids souvenir cups that were refillable and they ran out and so we didn't get any refillable cups. If I could've given them the food back, I would've. They shouldve just given the adult souvenir cups. Not my fault they ran out.

Horrible customer service, just horrible. There should be some training for the staff here. I can't believe how inexperienced the staff are and they aren't supervised like they should be. There is no organization and not to mention no sanitation practices when handling food. If the health inspector came, they'd probably shut it down. I would never eat here.

For a zoo the food here was pretty good and not terribly overpriced. Got a large slice of pizza and a drink for about the same as I'd pay for a fast food meal somewhere.
The alcoholic drinks were VERY expensive but if you need that to get through a day at the zoo then I guess you'd be willing to pay it.

If I could I would give them one star, service was just horrible , employees very rude, I will never go back. After we were done for lunch I went to refill my water and there was three employees just standing in there and did not wanted to help. And there was not costumer! They were not busy at all!!! Don’t go in this place!!
