I really wanted to like this place, but the fact that there’s no air conditioning completely ruined the experience. It was unbearably hot inside I was sweating before my food even arrived. Instead of enjoying the meal, I just wanted to leave. A restaurant should be comfortable for customers, and this felt more like sitting in a sauna than dining out. Until they fix the AC (or at least provide fans), I wouldn’t recommend eating here.

Food was mid. I have been to twin crab on 45 & Fuqua & always had a great experience. I was meeting up with a friend near by & decided to come here. Our server was Javier L. Food was good. But the experience was not. He only came once to our table and that was it. My husband had to call him over twice to refill our drinks. When the check came he was not transparent about the tip. I got what I usually get at the other location & when i heard the amount he was charging me, was odd because we never paid that much. I understand every restaurant even if it is the same chain has different policies & prices. But when he came out to our table he said he preferred cash tips in a very disrespectful way. My friend told him she would leave it on her card and so would I because we never carry cash. My friend found in her wallet 4$ cash and gave them to ‘Javier’. He made a face like he was upset. We asked for our receipt & he was very hesitant & said if we signed up for the rewards we would automatically get them on the phone. Which was a lie & we asked for physical copy of the receipt. He then gave it to us. & it showed that the service charge was already added on there & he was not transparent about that and we both added additional tips on there making his tip bigger. I usually tip well but his service was not great & was disrespectful & NOT transparent. He did not deserve a great tip. I feel scammed. They need to train him better & show him customer service. Because of that we will never be back.

First and last time coming to this location. Server Melanie L. was very rude and hostile toward my group. Her overall attitude completely ruined our experience. She never said thank you, made no eye contact, and even threw my friend’s change instead of handing it to her. Totally unacceptable and disappointing
Not a good experience it was my first time there my daughters have been a few times before everything was going good yes the flavor was good, but before that, she had said some of the crawfish was too mushy & had a funny smell .. as we continued, she then noticed it had lots of snails 🐌 We immediately became grossed out i asked the manager she said it comes like that from the sea.I said yalll don't clean it out it has parasites & contamination that could make us very sick 😫 so not a good first-time experience for me!

This was a really chill spot. My server got my food out super quick and my drinks. The crawfish were medium to large, and the seasoning made the heads truly suckable. Their sauce was amazing, too. It's great to dip in with the garlic butter on the side.

First time visiting this restaurant and I have to say that I was very impressed by the decor, the music, the customer service and of course, the food. I ordered the crab cakes which were so flavorful and juicy. The shrimp was on special; buy a pound and get a half FREE at the time. That was a deal! That sauce was amazing!! The corn, potatoes, boiled eggs, and mushrooms were perfect. I can’t say enough about how delicious everything was and even the boozy drinks were really good! I’ll be back soon! I need to try their crawfish next time!
