After hearing so many great reviews of this place on social media, I was very excited to get a chance to try it for myself and it sure didn’t disappoint! Failed expectations in every aspect. Some menu items not available. “Milk shake” for $7 lacked ice cream just milk and flavoring, like wtf?- train your staff. $35 for two kids meals and two shakes left me disappointed and underwhelmed. If this is the norm you won’t last.

We were taking our two, two year old grandsons there for dinner after and hour and a half of playtime. They were hungry and we thought it would be a fast place for food. We called ahead to try to order ahead.
No one answered the phone. When we got there there were no customers, and only one person working the counter and cooking. When we placed our order, we ordered 2 kids meals that came with apple juice. We were told that they didn't have apple juice, and opened a cooler with 2 bottles of "hugs barrels", basically sugar water. When I explained that we were going to go somewhere else, she seemed relieved and very nicely thanked us. This place can't actually be a restaurant.

I went not long before close for dinner after work. I fear i may be back the next day for another sandwich! The brisket grilled cheese was amazing!

This has been my 3rd visit and probably my last. Food is good but the service is something else. I don't know if the people that was working there was the owner or employee. My first choice on the menu was rejected because they ran out. My son's first choice was also rejected because they ran out. My total was 38.70 I gave the kid who was running the register $50 and he gave $7 in all ones. He shorted me 4.30. I don't know how? The register said how much to give back. I told him he didn't give me enough back that he was short. Im looking at the older lady who was cooking to see if she was going to say anything, but doesnt. So he pulls out his wallet and gives me $3 no change. He looks at me as if ok this is your change , your done. I told him that he was still short. He told me he doesn't have any change unless I want it in pennies. I'm like WHAT? At this point I was so confused on what just happened, i was like you know what just forget it. I don't think this place is going to last. I'm assuming they were the owners since the kid gave me money from his wallet but when you can't offer the food on your menu because you ran out is ridiculous. Yet alone not have enough money in the register. We were the only people there around 3pm on Sunday. It wasn't like they were booming and ran out of food. Anyways that was my strange experience there. I don't think I'm going back.

We went with a group of 6 to try out the Twisted Grilled Cheese. For 2 of us to get 2 sandwiches, fries, and 2 drinks was $39.00. The salad shown below was $5. The worst part was that there was only 1 employee to take orders, cook food, and run the entire restaurant.

Absolutely wonderful service. The food was great! I got the philly grilled cheese and sweet potato waffle fried. At the end my group was given a free order of funnel cake fries! Will be returning

Stumbled upon this gem on our way to Houston. We have picky boujee kids. They loved it! The staff patiently waited for all 6 of us to figure out what we wanted. She answered all our questions and helped us customize our order. Food was delicious! My picky eaters loved their meals.

First and only 2 reasons why I gave it 5 stars is due to food actually being good and the lady working was in great spirits while working ALONE. No other employees or management around. Thats totally unacceptable. In my 25 yrs of food management I have never allowed my employees to struggle like that. I had been dying to come out. And food did not disappoint but how she couldn't keep it clean but it wasn't her fault. And yall drink smells like mold, I went and got my water out my car and store is hot. This is Texas crank that ac up.. I won't be back.. But food was good and I pray that employee is getting paid very well..

We tried this place today for our first time. The lady was by herself so she had a lot to take on, but she was on it. We ordered two smash burger meals, a smokehouse brisket, and a classic. The food was delicious and hit the spot. I know previous comments mentioned the temperature inside was hot, but it wasn’t today. The AC was working just fine. The restaurant was clean and we loved the vibe. The art work on the walls was a great touch. We will definitely be back again. Thank you to the hard working lady that took care of us today ?

Horrible picture, great food!!

After a long week post hurricane and dropping family back off on this side of town(2.5 hr drive) from the woodlands…. I knew I wanted to eat at my favorite grilled cheese spot.

But today was more special than the usual in and out. I was greet by Mason the minute I walked through the door, he knew exactly what to suggest and how to make sure I didn’t forget to order dessert.
Mason was without a doubt the absolute best fast food employee I’ve ever come across. If I didn’t live in the woodlands, I would have “recruited” him to Body20 immediately. Mason kept checking in on us and asking what we needed. In between he was cleaning and closing down the store.

As a mom of 2, I’m impressed with the branding and commitment Mason brings this family owned business. Spend all of your dollars here for great grilled cheese options- my suggestion, the Avocado BLT+E or the Philly cheese steak!
