Honestly, this felt like a prime example of a business owner burning through all of their cash on an expansion and making serious budget cuts once they'd finished the build out opening a new location.Walking in the place looks very nice and modern, clearly a lot of effort went into the design choices and the menu at some point.Then the execution of the vision fell apart. Three out of eight soda options on the fountain were out of syrup, and the Dr. Pepper ran out as we were getting a refill.The paper towel dispensers in both bathrooms were empty and a cheap roll of paper towels was set next to the sinks, with watered down soap in little pump dispensers. Condiments had broken packets in the buckets, tables looked clean but felt sticky, just a lot of cut corners.The food DID come out quickly, but at over $50 for two sandwiches, brisket fries, and two drinks these people are out of their minds. The brisket on the fries looked and tasted like it was warmed up in a crock pot with Sweet Baby Rays. Just a disappointing experience.Look at how Jus' Mac does Mac & Cheese as a premium experience and you'll see the potential this business model has for grilled cheese. Maybe they were able to meet that goal with the food trucks, but this brick and mortar location is going to crash and burn if they don't make some changes.

The owner is beyond kind and friendly! Amazing service from her. The food was very yummy and nostalgic. My husband and I enjoyed our experience and food there. :)
Don't believe the pictures and videos! The food looks nothing like it! The food was not worth the money! They didn't have waffle fries, onion rings, ice for your drinks and the soda machine only had 2 working drinks too pick from. So basically false advertisement! The service was not great as well so do yourself a favor and eat somewhere else or make your own grilled cheese @ home

Overall terrible experience. This is what a $15 sandwich gets you. On top of that be prepared to wait 20-30min for your order. All I got was two sandwiches and thankfully they weren’t even busy. I can’t imagine how bad it is whenever it’s busy.

The only negative I have is that the side was too small (It was sweet potato fries). Other than that everything was ????.
Found an eyelash in my fries the first time brought them back to get more. She admitted that it was an eyelash and hers to be exact. Went back to let them know the lady got upset and I said never mind so she made more and I Found a hair on them as well. Asked for my money back and she said I’d have to wait she’ll have someone call me. Spent 67 dollars there to be told I have to wait to get my money back. Not only did I find 2 hairs on my food I have to wait to get my money back. I’ll never go back.

One of the worst chicken sandwiches I've ever had. The quality of the chicken patty was disappointing, and it tasted bland and had an unpleasant texture kind of like smashed rib meat. The cabbage slaw on it was good, but I don't know what they're doing serving this abomination to people. The chicken they're using completely ruins the sandwich, plus it isn't spicy at all like advertised. There's no hint of heat, or garlic, there's just sweet BBQ sauce slathered all over it.
