I had a wonderful dining experience at this restaurant! From the moment we walked in, the warm atmosphere and friendly staff made us feel welcome. The service was attentive without being intrusive, and the food arrived surprisingly fast.
Every dish we ordered was delicious. The flavors were well-balanced, authentic, and thoughtfully prepared. The stir-fried dishes had that perfect “wok hei,” the dumplings were juicy and handmade, and the signature entrée was truly outstanding — flavorful, tender, and beautifully presented. Portion sizes were generous as well, making it great for sharing.
The restaurant is clean, comfortable, and perfect for both casual meals and gatherings with friends or family. Considering the quality of the food and service, the prices are very reasonable.
Overall, a fantastic experience. I’ll definitely be coming back and recommending this place to others!

Always get the general Joe chicken it always has a crunch to it that I love so much. Can't seem to get that other restaurants.
It was mediocre to say the least, and that's if I'm being generous. It honestly tastes like someones first attempt at Chinese food and I will not be returning.

I ordered a veg noodles and egg fried rice. To my surprise they are amazing. The place is neat, tidy and clean. I will recommend to visit and try the food
Food was nasty waited 20 mins to get a spoon asked for plastic silver ware waiters checked on every table except for me. Never Reco plastic silver ware by the time I could get someone’s attention my food was cold. Would not recommend white ppl are treated as priority
I was quite disappointed with the food. It is cheap, but still not worth the money.
I ordered chow mein and they gave me chop suey instead 😐 two completely different things. The food is very bland too.
This has been my go to location for Chinese food for over two decades. Never disappoints and usually has a quiet atmosphere if looking to have a nice evening with your spouse. Absolutely the best general chicken that i have had in Houston and that is saying something as I typically am not into Chinese food. Reasonably priced as well. Try it once, I recommend dining in as you will want to eat it while it's hot.
This place is clean and so inviting. This was my first visit, and let me tell you the food is so delicious. I had the orange chicken with hot and sour soup and fried rice. Please trust me when I say the quality of this food is amazing. The service is so good as well. Please do yourself a favor and go enjoy some beautiful Chinese food at uncle tongs!

First off…
Service is top notch . I was In and out in 15min flat .
•General TSO not bad, lacking some flavor unfortunately.
•Wonton Soup wasn’t bad, but tastes like greens point water would taste.
•Crab puff also not bad but it had the flavor of an “affordable” crab puff.
All in all 6 outta 10.
Great experience ! It was seamless how fast the food came out-definitely a place I would come back to
Fantastic food whenever they decide like being open. No sign, nothing when they care to be opened or closed. Business must be So good that they don't care if they open or don't.
Fast, good service and fair prices. Food was bland though- I got the chicken noodle soup and it tasted like barely seasoned boiled water. Based on the other reviews though, food quality seems inconsistent.
Family restaurant with great chinese!! Right next to Houston Hilton North. Family service. I typically carry out... the servings last me 3 days. Try the Special Cantonese chow main with crispy noodles ?
