I had the pleasure today of being on a family outing. This was easily the highlight of the day's festivities. Liz and Irma were amazing. They handled all our questions, got us everything we asked for and more, and were quick even while handling a rush. The ingredients were great but the execution is what put it over the top. I will be making a habit of stopping by on my commute home for more burgers and fries cooked to perfection.

First the food. Wow! The burger was incredible and very juicy . I didn’t have the combo. Just opted for the burger. Quality all around for sure! The place is tiny, but they have a nice outside patio when the weather is right. It seems like everything is served to go, and I can see why. Not really a whole lot of room where they are located. I’d imagine they would want to move to somewhere bigger soon. I can see many people complaining about the space and I have to agree. Decent parking, but very crowded at night. Other things to check out in the complex, so this is really more like a burger stand. Don’t expect to get a seat when it’s busy. 100% we’re trying the food, but be prepared for a very high ticket. Definitely quality food, but expensive.

Went to underbelly after work around 6 pm on a Wednesday. The place was rather empty but I was immediately greeted and got my order taken. The menu is super simple!
I got the Angus Burger with a side of fries and drink. Took 5-8 min to receive my order so the wait was pretty quick!
This was a solid burger, 2 beef patties perfectly cooked, slight juiciness, well seasoned. Definitely not your average burger and worth the price. ($10)
I wasn't a fan of the fries just out of preference. They were seasoned and hot but they were big and it was a lot. A little expensive for a side of fries. ($6)
Overall the place was great, lots of parking and indoor/outdoor seating.

Went there for a second time because the manager Ronnie was excellent the first time I came how ever the second visit was mind blowing I ordered 2 veggie burgers and fries but my fries were hard as a rock I asked the worker who took my order why was my fries were so hard and she stated the fries are hard because we used old grease that there Will ruin your business I couldn’t believe what I heard. Some time things are better kept quiet. Just a reminder n the future.

The service as usual was horrible. We walked up to the register to order and were not acknowledged for at least 5minutes. They completely ignored our existence. No sorry I will be right with u, no eye contact, nothing. I have never had good service here but today was exceptionally bad.
The food here is usually amazing. So good I can ignore the bad service. I always get their chicken sandwich. Unfortunately this time the breading was different. It was not nearly as good and the buns was mushy and smashed. I was really disappointed. However the fries which I normally do not like were cooked to crispy perfection.
Such potential if they can get it together.
