I was really impressed by how hospitable the staff were and how fast my food came out! Antonio really went above and beyond and shared great menu recommendations! The Tijuana fries with grilled jalapeños were AMAZING!! So flavorful and juicy!! I look forward to coming back!

So I wanted to try this place out because my kids love hot chicken. When we came in the guy taking our order was in a rush to take my order and I told him to give me a moment since it was our first time there. We ordered but he kept just looking at us like he wasn't understanding, my kiddo had to keep repeating her order. The place is small inside so not much seating, they have an outstanding area with more seating but the tables were mostly dirty and there were a bunch of ants. The order did take a while to come out and when we got our order of 3, only one was correct. We didn't notice the other one until my kid bit into it and the tenders were not what she ordered, but by that time I explained to the front that I didn't order what they gave me I was annoyed. The manager and other employees (not the one who took our order) were nice and fast about fixing the issue but I think the first impression with the register employee put me off. The food was okay, it definitely was spicy. !

A bit More expensive for what you get than the other hot chicken sandwich places we have been too. $4 for a TINY cup of street corn, however, it was REALLY good.??Chicken Sandwich was really good, as well. Mild had a very good flavor. It had some heat... just right amount. Chicken was very moist, fresh, and hot. Fries were hot, fresh, and seasoned really well. The seasoning was awesome.(Can you share the seasoning recipe, or at least sell it? Lol)We did not get any bird sauce, actually knew nothing about it until after visiting the online website after we had left. We Would loved to have tried it. ?Also, Appreciated all the drink selections. ?Gentleman taking orders was nice and friendly.Place was very small with minimal inside seating, but seemed pretty clean.

This was actually a delivery order, but mannnnnn! Those loaded fries are something SPECIAL!!!! The fries alone are definitely at the top of my must eats while in Houston list ?? I’d for get my tenders well done next time (just my preference) but they definitely were packed with flavor and spice!! Ohhhh myyy and that hot honey?….. GUYS JUST GET UP ! GO THERE& THANK ME LATER ✌?

They had a special going on for a free chicken tender sandwich. I heard that eventually you had to buy at least a meal/combo to get the free sandwich. The store was a bit small and my food took about 10 minutes because a lot of people were trying to get the special. Both the Buffalo Mac fries and the sandwich I got were really good.

13 dollars for two dry tenders and some decent fries. I got the beautiful burn category for spiciness and that was laughably not spicy or anything resembling spicy. Plenty of better hot chicken locations.

Ordered the 2 tender basket. It took a bit but came out HOT and fresh. Unfortunately, the restaurant was equally hot...more so warm. There is only 1 booth inside but there are several bar seats. There are plenty of seats outside but that is even hotter.

I love urban fries ! Switch it with sweet potatoes fries. Came one day, and they messed up but the next time I came in, they made up for it. The manager is great! Keeps his employees on check.

I will start off by saying that I’m a very cheap person. So when I saw 2 tenders for $13 I was about ready to walk out and find something else. But I took the risk and it paid off. TheTenders were very juicy, not dry like some other places. The seasoning (Nashville hot) was nice and not overwhelming. The blueberry lemonade I got to drink was delicious.Only thing I could say is a negative is that the restaurant is small and gets very crowded easily.

In town from Dallas. Hadn’t had Nashville Chicken in a bit and decided to try this place. Very happy I did. I asked a guy outside what his thoughts were and he said the food was great and customer service is fantastic. I can second both of those thoughts.The manager, Peyton, and Cartwright running the front were great…personable, answered every question I had. They asked me what I liked about my fav Dallas stop, Ricky’s Hot Chicken (the Nest). They jumped in and walked me through the menu.I went with a Nashville flavored Sando and the Tuijana street fried…think elote seasoning on Fries with Chicken! The fries has a strange but appealing taste, especially if you like Elote. The sandwich was fantastic! Huge tenders seasoned up and topped with Kale Slaw and pickles. Their sauce is like a fancy Thousand Island and pairs great with the soft/sweet brioche bun.Place was clean, simple and quick to serve you. I’ll definitely be back! Let me know when you open I. The Dallas area!

Had the Tijuana heat fries and they were absolutely delicious! The Nashville hot chicken was good and had a sweet and savory taste. The hot cheetos Mac was not as good as I hoped, probably my least favorite item. But all and all it was great food. I'd definitely come again.

As far as hot chicken goes in the Rice/Montrose area, this is it. It picks up the slack of other similar eateries with better flavor and portions (pricing is similar). To the food, I got the Urban Fries with extra hot flavor, I got a bit of cheesy white cheddar with every piece of chopped hot chicken. Give it a go y'all, this one checks out.
