Caesar's salad here is one of the best ones that I have tasted. The breakfast buffet is a little pricey at $25 (without tax). They have limited choice but the food is delicious!!
Servers are courteous and attentive. However, food takes a long time to arrive.
The bar is cozy but a little bit noisy and crowded to my liking.

Marzia provided me the best customer service I have ever received in my entire life. She takes the utmost pride in her job & goes above and beyond to make sure I was happy. If I’m being completely honest, she is single handedly carrying the reviews for this Hyatt hotel as a whole. She provided a 5 star experience & I will come back just for her. Whatever she gets paid, it should be at-least triple! She is a first ballot hall of famer when it comes to customer service. I give her 10 STARS!
