I love love love their Sunday buffet and happy hour. The buffet is worth it, just come with an empty stomach. Everything was delicious from start to finish. I definetely recommens this place. And if you like spicy food, I would recommend to ask for their red habanero sauce! Chef's kiss.

The food is great. The portions are NOT. I was so excited to order gorditas ! When they got to the table they were the size of a small yo-yo. 3 little tortilla pouches for almost $20. No thanks. I sent the food back , got a refund, and told the manager they need to feed people not rip us off. Staff is nice though - apparently they should rethink the pricing around the portions.

We first experienced Urbe two years ago during a trip to Houston and were thoroughly pleased at the time. However, it seems that much has changed since then, unfortunately not for the better and the prices have increased significantly.

service is REALLY bad. went for lunch and nobody greeted us at the front and we stood around for a bit but still nobody talked to us. we sat down at a table and ordered using the qr code and they require you to pay before the meal. when i came here a year ago they used to have servers that would bring you water and stuff but they don’t do that anymore. also it was my bday and they said they would bring a dessert but they didnt do it. not coming here again and gonna tell my friends its not worth it

It isn't really authentic either when they change it all around making it an expensive decorated dish for presentation. I am not pleased with restaurants calling themselves what they are not. This is what they need to be serving, the real authentic..

Urbe has delicious Mexican food. It’s a great spot to meet up with friends for a quick bite as there’s always plenty of seating available for small or larger groups. It is beautifully decorated and one could say trendy for a younger crowd. This week my girlfriends and I met here for our weekly lunch and was surprised that it was counter service (I’d only been here in the evenings and it had always been table service). Nevertheless, the service was friendly and helpful and our meals were brought out promptly to us - fresh and hot. They offer delicious coffee. I enjoyed an Americano. My girlfriends swore by their Cappuccinos. This time I enjoyed the fish tacos. They were tasty, deep fried and the sauce had a nice kick of spice. They seemed a tad over priced at $20 for three in my opinion. I guess you’re paying for ambience too. Unfortunately, I didn’t see any dessert on the menu. Maybe I just missed it somehow. Outside patio in front is available with a view of the beautiful Uptown Park Blvd Restaurant & Shopping Center. Overall my visit was a good one. I’m sure I will come back.
Parking: There’s plenty of parking but there are several restaurants and stores that share it so it can be tricky to find parking depending on what time of day you are visiting. For the most part, there’s plenty of movement at the Uptown Park shopping center, you’re bound to find a spot nearby if you patiently drive around looking for one. It’s free so that’s a big bonus.

I love all of Hugo's restaurants but I like this one the best because it reminds me of the street food I grew up on as a kid. My favorite thing to eat is the Campechana with its healthy usage of large oysters, octopus and shrimp. The Micheladas are so tasty and refreshing and their tacos as so delicious. I come here often and am never dissapointed.

We went for Sunday Brunch and it was so fun and the food and service were excellent!
I started with a Pina la La Niña (reminded me of what my abuelito would tell me alllll the time) and I would say it wasn’t my fave 🤷🏻♀️ I think I’d try a margarita next time
Our entrees were all fantastic! I’m not a huge fan of chilaquiles, but I trusted the waiters recommendation and I’m so happy I did because they were some Of the absolute best I’ve ever had! The chips, smoked chicken and eggs, y’all just get’em and because y’all know I have to have spicy I asked for the spiciest sauce they had and that was perfection! They brought us a green sauce with the perfect mix of heat and flavor.
The papas and plátanos were out other fave dishes…. We couldn’t stop eating them! The sweetness of the banana mixed with the cheese and cream… divine! And pathetic potatoes, just get’em trust me.
