Such a nice break to be able to relax at USO’s and stop up on snacks, ladies up front were very nice too. One of the nicest USO’s we’ve been to.

Not a Veteran organization. Only a 20 year + veteran organization. If your a AD or veteran good luck getting in. Spent 9 years in the navy active duty, only ID I have now is a VA health card that says Navy veteran and they will not let me in. Very disrespectful and not cool veterans cannot utilize USO and you have to have special status.

Super glad my time in service was actually useful. This USO is hidden like a mafia secret handshake hidden door! They have rules for a reason, Retired-Active duty..It's not a difficult concept. So, if you qualify, this USO is a pretty good layover spot. They have snacks, drinks, TV, semi comfy chairs, and all the war stories you could ever wanna be part of!! Check it out if you qualify. 4.5 🌟 This USO makes so much sense. It is located past TSA near gate 48. The hours are good, 9 am-9 pm, Sunday thru Saturday. It is not large, but it is quaint and cozy. There is wifi, 4 recliner chairs, a couple of couches, and of course refreshments. What surprised me was the departure board. The volunteer asked where you were going and advised you of boarding time for your flight. The board is also handy in case your flight is delayed.

I am a retiree who honestly was happy to see a thriving USO in the airport. My husband who is a disabled veteran and myself were disappointed at the welcome we received. This older lady working today around 10:30 a.m. was very rude while telling my husband the USO was only for AD & Retirees. Once I told her that I was a retiree, she continued to imply he wasn't a dependent, before I could get all the way in the door to show her our IDs.
We absolutely understand there are rules in place however no Veteran should be spoken to and scolded the way she did us today. Especially since we fit the criteria for entry. Please have your staff be mindful that all veterans deserve respect. As a 20 plus year veteran and a former USO volunteer I am utterly appalled and disappointed.

Brought my kids and wife to experience another USO... My kids first time and this was by far the worst experience... listen were all grown adults and in the military or related in some shape or form but to be micro mannaged over some snacks and some drinks. Not able to change the channel on the tv. Or any video games like it says online... just by far Michelle just over bearing let us relax... as soon as your walk in your told the rules cool let me enforce them for my children and for myself.. not you as soon as the fridge is open telling them to close and counting down for them to make a choice. So much for relaxing in the uso like every other one ive been to.

One of the best USO’s we’ve been to! Much better than the Dallas- Love Field USO. The volunteers were very friendly and showed us where everything was. They had a great assortment of snacks and drinks and I liked that they had a bathroom outside of the elevator so you don’t have to go back up to the departures floor. Certainly hope to make our way back through in the future!
