Been coming w my family 3xs a month since before they had the big renovation years ago.. but now, it’s gone downhill bcus the owner is here for money not happy returning customers. He’s too cheap.! If you have a complaint, he doesn’t care. Why? bcus he’s only concerned w u paying your tab!!! The wife isn’t any better, she doesn’t care and acts annoyed often when u tell them what they already know…. The food is NOT HOT! “Pull from the bottom” is diabolical to me when you own a buffet. Fun fact: Shouldn’t food continuously be coming from the kitchen HOT IF IT WAS FRESH?! Continues to raise the buffet prices, yet the food quality continues to get worse. Food is almost ALWAYS cold. I’ve had experiences w old overcooked food, brung it to the owner Ken attention, and this guy just laughs like people’s lives are a joke while he tries to tell u the food isn’t old or cold that YOU ARE EATING!! I’ve seen old oysters, re warmed overcooked wings, and sushi that I wouldn’t dare eat. Health inspector is DEF NEEDED. 🦞 comes out in a small pot every 40 mins….but how ?! Ken have rules regarding🦞, but guess what. When u make a complaint he doesn’t care about fairness or rules cus he just wants the money. He keep this up he’s gonna be facing a serious lawsuit trying to be cheap and cut ALL these corners. The day the health inspector stops in as a “customer” is the day they’ll be shut down no doubt about it. YOU CANT SERVE PEOPLE COLD AND OLD FOOD AND CHARGE $20/person.! And no I’m not angry I just agree with right is right, and wrong is wrong.! My family have made our final visit eating cold food and waiting hrs for one plate, if any of 🦞.

What a waste of money !! Food taste old and the place smells like sewer , place es dirty it does looks fancy but not well manteined..
I eat here a lot and every time I come they never disappoint me. The food is great staff are friendly and the manager always makes me feel welcomed

The variety they offer is amazing, and the flavor never disappoints. There’s always something new to try, and everything tastes fresh and well prepared.
