I am revising my review after my 4th visit- The waiters and food are great, but I don't respect the lady at the register. I asked if she was the owner but she denied but I wouldnt be surprised if she was. She rang me up for 3 coffees with a smile when I ordered 2, then decided to short change me $60 when I gave her $100 while placing a to go order. When I confronted her, she said she was looking for me when she noticed her draw had an additional $60. Remind you, I was sitting there waiting for my sandwiches and my coffee 4 foot away. She apologized when I called her out a few minutes later, but I have a feeling she has done and have gotten away with this before. What a shame and terrible way of doing business!

I really don't want to say it here, but the Banh Beo dish I ate there was Steamed Old Banh Cu because the top was mushy and the bottom was hard, had no smell, and was so boring to eat, yet the price was 10 VND for 1 portion. calculated as 2 VND / Cup), total 1 portion of Banh Beo has 5 Cups...OH MY GOD! Too much, so disappointing, if I use 6 VND to go to Van Loi Banh Beo, I can buy 1 part of 20, Hot and Freshly Cast in the oven, I wonder what everyone thinks?

We normally eat at the Banh Cuon Hoa Restuarant next door, but decided to order some sandwiches to try. The BBQ pork did not taste anything near "bbq" and it was way too salty. We normally eat food more on the salty side, but this was way too much. We also ordered a combination, and that was way too salty also. We didn't care for the fact that they had the Chinese sausage in that sandwich either. We will continue to get out sandwiches from Don's and Thim Hing.

Great food. I loved the Bo Ne. Portions were huge and I loved the pate. The bun bo hue was also great. The place was very understaffed but our waitress did her best and gave great service. There were no napkins at the table. The cups, bowls and utensils were not properly cleaned and were slightly dirty. Food was cheap and delicious. Just wipe down the utensil before you eat lol ??♀️

Got the Bo Ne (Baguette with Steak, eggs, Chinese sausages, and vegetables). It absolutely did not disappoint!
All that food (pictured below) for $17 (after tax). Absolutely worth it and bang for your buck. Friendly and prompt service, and calm vibe for a relaxing meal.
The family sitting next to me ordered pho, and that looked super delicious as well.
This place is an absolute must for Vietnamese food enthusiasts!

I ordered one roasted pork sandwich, pho with brisket and meatball, and 1 lb of meatball on the side. I feel like the amount of food you get is a little overpriced for what you get. It took quite a while for my food to come out and the pho was not very flavorful. The only order of meatball included 8 meatballs for under 1 lb. I feel like $9 for 1 pound expensive but I wanted to try but when I saw it I knew it was under weight. The sandwich was good but I won’t be coming back for the other stuff
