Came here on a Saturday afternoon after a friend recommended it. Ordered 3C pho with meat balls and 4C pho with tripe and beef tendon. Plus the combination banh mi and roast pork banh mi. Overall very tasty food.
Service was fast and friendly, our waiter introduced the foods and told us about the promotion for banh mis. We got our food a few minutes after ordering and everything tasted fresh and well made.

Pho and flavoring were good !
I bought tra thao moc 10 vi fav San sapa for $18 and 95% was the roots & 5 % were flowers and maybe 1 or 2 slices of apple. Not worth it .

Food was decent, but service was terrible. They overcharged my cc multiple times, and I had to have them correct the mistakes. If you order takeout, especially banh mi, check that you got what you ordered before leaving.

Banh mi dac biet is so good!!!
This was one of the worst dining experiences I’ve had in years and made me question whether “slight” racism exists. We came specifically for the hot stone pho after seeing it recommended on TikTok.
From the start, service was disorganized. Our waiter struggled to take our order, sandwiches were repeatedly forgotten, and my daughter’s banh mi took over 45 minutes and still came out wrong. We were also told after ordering that they had run out of pho and it would take 30–45 minutes, which we agreed to wait for.
After about 40 minutes, the pho finally arrived—but it was regular pho, not hot stone, which was the entire reason we came. Instead of fixing the mistake, they tried to blame us the order was wrong and tried to convince us to accept it. When it came back, they had simply switched the bowls instead of remaking the dish, and the manager refused to correct it. Hot stone pho has all get ingredients sperate so you can cook at your owe pace.
The most uncomfortable part was when, instead of bringing out a manager do i can speak to, they brought out a cook to speak to me in Spanish simply because I’m Hispanic—without ever asking. I had ordered and spoken English the entire time. Even the cook seemed confused as to why he was involved.
I left feeling frustrated, disrespected, and unwelcome and to be honest i left feeling that there was some type of racism that went on in our interactions with the staff. I won’t be returning.
Try roast pork banh mi!! Absolutely dynamic! Best one I’ve ever tried so far😍

The food is average compared to other Vietnamese restaurants in the Bellaire area. However, the service was very bad—especially from the older man. He kept staring at customers and was never friendly
Waited 15min not a single person come by to take our order, there were 4-5 servers just standing there chatting. Used to come almost every week but never coming back after this.
⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
Such a great spot for both pho and banh mi! Pho To Da is a must! The food was fresh, flavorful, and hit the spot. Mr. Thanh was super friendly and knowledgeable — you can tell they really care about making sure everyone has a great experience. Definitely coming back soon!

Me and my boyfriend came here for the first time and had such a fantastic time. We got the roasted pork banh mi, pork chop egg and rice dish, and pho. Everything was delicious and amazing. The Vietnamese coffee was strong and not overly sweet, it was perfect. The banh mi is one of the best banh mi I’ve ever had. Steven recommended me the pork chop, was very kind and helpful. This is definitely going to be our new go-to spot. Thank you for the experience.

Tried their pho, not my favorite
Had high hopes for their banh mi heo quay, turns out the bread is good, that's where all the goodness stops at, their heo quay is old, dry and they had some kind of spread that was crunchy and too sweet; there are already too many other solid pho and banh mi places around that makes it not worth it to come back here

I ordered braised pork banh mi but they gave me roasted pork. When I called they told me that the 2 types of meat are the same but braised pork is more fatty (?!) welp. It does not make any sense. It’s ok to make a mistake but please own up to it instead of giving me a bs explanation. My parents raved about this place which prompted me to go in but meh, there are better options within the 1 mile radius of this place.
