The food is very tasty. But the service is terrible, it takes a year and a half, and if you ask for your order, they get upset. They have no understanding of time. The good thing is that the food is good.

Very good flavor of the pupusas and the price is affordable. They look very similar to those of El Salvador

Super bad experience in this restaurant, especially the owner who wants you to eat the food with hair on it and accuses you of putting it on.

I have been visiting this place for more than 15 years, obviously they are not the same employees but both the old and new employees are friendly and give you excellent service, both to take away and to eat there!!

If you're African American or not Hispanic they will look at you rude and ignore you and your food won't be as good. You might have a better chance if u call over the phone or just go somewhere else.

I like it because it feels like a homemade meal, it is tasty and they have a variety of dishes and soft drinks or waters as they usually call it.

I'll start with the service because that was our first impression; There were two young ladies behind the counter at about 8pm on a Saturday night and neither greeted us. One didn't speak much English and we couldn't fault her for that. My wife tried to then speak Spanish when they didn't respond because my wife knows enough Spanish to get by but didn't feel real comfortable with it. The other girl couldn't be bothered. We later found out the girl who acted as if we were interrupting something she had going on actually could speak perfect English when she was talking to a young guy who came in. I guess if I was a young lady on a Saturday night, I wouldn't be thrilled about working either. The Horchata wasn't very good; kinda grainy and almost tasted like just, straight rice-water. We were pleasantly surprised by the pupusas after the horchatas and poor service. The pupusas were actually pretty good. I really wanted to like this place considering they have pupusas and are practically right outside of my neighborhood.

Very bad service, the drinks were nisediga, the horchata was completely spoiled, we ordered an order of bananas, we had to throw them away because the beans were of no use.
