Used to be the cheapest, but prices have gone up recently. Still, its my wifes and I favorite vegan restaurant in Texas. The food is deliscious and the employees are very polite, friendly and they keep everything clean!!! Thanks guys. They need to expand to Florida.

(Update 2024) The food I have tried here is very good. And I’m grateful that Houston has another vegetarian and vegan spot. However, it’s a bit pricey - esp for an order at the counter restaurant.Nachos with guacamole was $17. Had to buy a Coke in a bottle (no fountain drinks) for another $3. And like most places these days, there is a prompt for a tip (even though it’s an order at the counter restaurant). All this to say, if you want a vegetarian Mexican style restaurant, that has good food, this is your place. Just shocked by my bill. I know inflation is affecting everyone, I was just a little bit surprised.

I am shocked at how good the food is. I always found vegan food to be so-so but this is really delicious. The place is bright and clean. Yes, it’s a bit pricey, but the quality is good and portions are decent. Sometimes they have specials that come with a drink (love the horchata!) and that’s even better. I love the jackfruit flautas, nachos, and cauliflower tacos!

Always a great experience when I come here. The staff is super friendly and accommodating. Food is alway exceptional, nicely presented, and constantly improving. Best chocolate cake! Have it with the Horchata ;)

So much to say about this place but to be brief. It's quality, filling, and I would say fairly health conscious without trying to be yuppie about it. 20 years vegan myself, if you like vegan and Mexican food, you can't miss with this place.

This was my first time trying Vegan Mexican food at Veegos and I really enjoyed it!They sell plant-based versions of all the classic Mexican foods, from tacos, to burritos and nachos, and more! They have various options for protein meat-substitutes, including jackfruit, pastor, and soy-rizo and potatoes, with my favorite being the spicy soyrizo and potatoes. My favorite item that I tried was the Cashew Cheese Nachos (first time trying vegan cheese as well), which come in a HUGE portion and can easily be shared or multiple meals. Here’s what I ordered:-Nachos (Cashew Cheese with Spicy Soyrizo and Potatoes) $17-Taco plate with Pastor $14-Enchilada Plate with Jackfruit $13I am not sure if it’s the healthiest food but it was definitely good ?

The place has a beautiful decoration, it has parking.As for the food, it is good, the service was fast but it was not very hot, and personal taste I don't like it to be lukewarm.The cheese they use in the nachos is vegan of course but liquid and it's not much to my liking but in general it's good ??They have a variety of fresh waters and are delicious.
