My favorite location out of all the Velvet Tacos in Houston. My food was served fresh and hot. They had a mixup but the friendly staff were so nice about it! The spicy tikka chicken has a kick to it but its absolutely the way to go!
I really, really love Velvet Taco but it’s been extremely slow service the last few times I’ve gone. It seems to be because of to-go orders or online orders. It’s busy enough it would be smart to hire a separate team for that in the back. You can expect to wait at least 45 minutes inside for your food even when it’s not actually busy inside.
