A large group of us came in late on a Friday night after a long day at conference, I want to let you know that Kylon and Earnest were abouslutaly Amazing showing the kind of Customer service you look for but can't find in many Places anymore, as a group of people who pride ourselves on excellent customer service, the service we got is what builds a successful business and those 2 are the kind of employees that make a business worth coming into, I know that next year when we come back I sure hope I get to see them again, Kylon and Earnest if you are Reading this You 2 are Rock Stars

Fast friendly service and unique taco options. Good no matter which location we visit. Code needed for the restroom. Busy area so that's understandable. Great for us who like different but non spicy options. Close to the water wall and Galleria if you're looking for a great bite to eat with spending alot of money.

Came in today around 4:30 and there was a manager and only one other guy with locs at work.
They worked their butts off. I think it’s really sad that velvet taco would only staff the restaurant with two people.
The manager was cooking and taking orders and it looked like they were getting door dash orders too.
They both should seriously get three full paid days off, I would have quit.

Upon entering the restaurant, the music level is low enough to hear and low enough to still have a conversation and still hear the music and dance. Great music choice..
Now talking about the staff, oh my goodness! Everybody that works here at Velvet Taco off 610 & Westheimer is fantastic. The more we come in the more patrons we meet and we’ve gotten so close to the cooks and the dishwashing guy and the front staff management that it’s like a second home for us. What a great place. I reccommend this to anyone wanting great food at a good price with wonderful staff. 💕💕💕💕💕
