I had the sweet and sour chicken off the lunch special menu. This entree came with a round pot filled with steamed (white) rice & a nice sized spoon. Crispy pieces of gently battered white meat chicken basking in a sweet but NOT extremely sweet or overpowering sauce with crispy but cooked just right pieces of onions, peppers (red & green) and naturally sweet & juicy chunks of pineapple.
The Vietnamese spring rolls (5 pieces to an order) were delightfully delicious and paired with a side dish of not too sweet chili sauce.
Had a cup of fresh brewed iced tea (u can tell it’s homemade not store bought ) and let’s just say it’s it’s own canvas because it’ll need to be “tweaked” to fit YOUR taste buds for sweetness, as it’s NOT sweetened at all. IF that’s your preference, you’ll be fine with the taste of the iced tea.
Note: They add a piece of lime 🍋🟩wedge n the cup. May have to ask for alternative sugar or sweeteners if preferred, as I only saw (white) granulated sugar on the table.
They have clean bathrooms as far as the women’s bathroom is concerned.
Extra rolls of toilet paper are in the stalls on a rack on stall dividers, if needed.
I will assume the men’s bathroom is,
also, clean since the woman’s was.
Lastly, the majority of the (square) tables seat up to 4 people.
However, I do remember seeing 2 round
tables for a family/group of about 6 people each if you are planning a family gathering.
These tables are in the back of the restaurant. The dining area is well lit and bright, with about 4 large screens wall mounted flat screen televisions in the restaurant.

Had a nice dining experience here. The lobster dish was served with generous portions, including claws and tails, and everything was presented well. The dessert chicken was hot and crispy, showing care in preparation. Staff was attentive, and service was quick. Overall, a pleasant visit and I appreciate the effort the team puts into serving their guests.

Great family style portion foods. Service was quick. Felt very homelike inside for a restaurant I think it was the fish tank and TVs that set that vibe. They have a large selection of dishes to choose from. I got the spinach dish, honey shrimp, and salt and pepper shrimp. It also comes with a large bowl of rice on the side.

vinh hoa has been serving comforting viet and chinese food for decades. the service is super friendly and the food comes out incredibly fast. there are so many options for their lunch specials, all under $9, and the portions are bigger than your usual lunch deal.
the salt and pepper shrimp was fried crispy without being greasy, the chicken and snow peas were light yet rich, and the beef and onions came with so much meat, all bathed in a super flavorful garlic sauce. overall, it’s a reliable spot for a fast meal

Delicious Food, and Seafood is amazing!!! Price is fair with high quality.
Phở rare steak & tendon was excellent. The tendon was soft and flavorful, and the broth had that authentic slow-cooked taste. It felt like true comfort food.

Phở rare steak was full of flavor. The broth was rich and comforting, and the steak slices were thin and tender. It really warmed me up.

Bun tom thit nuong had the best of both worlds. Grilled shrimp and pork together made every bite flavorful. The freshness of the herbs lifted the dish perfectly.
