After several exchange of ownerships later. This owner is without a doubt a better cook than previous. The food, service and overall experience have dramatically improved. I have been back many times and not once was it disappointing. Total recommended, if you are into Pho.

Jimmy is a good chef and very humble his food is very delicious we eat 3 times a week there. Plus his servers make sure you have everything you need on your table. The food is delicious the white rice and pork pieces with fish sauce is my favorite.
I had a great experience here! They were so kind and helpful. The head chef Jimmy was awesome, he gave me free Thai ice tea to go! Please try this place when you get the chance.

Mr Jimmy is definitely one of the sweetest people on earth and you can really tell he has a passion for his dishes as well as his customers, he will come by your table and make sure your dish is made with love and most importantly feeds you soullllllll.. the food is always hot and made to accommodate any of your needs..I always come here BEST PHO IM HOUSTON HANDS DOWN, nobody can out do VN PHO.. you won’t be disappointed.

Service was very slow even though we were one of three tables occupied. When we were finished our meal we waiting 10 minutes for the check finally having to walk up to the cash where the waiter bumps into my partner then proceeds to put in another order before helping us. The vermicelli was an odd texture like it was way over cooked. Would I return,,, probably not. Far as I am concerned it over proced for what you get!
