Volgin embodies the message "Food is medicine" and Sasha was so knowledgeable about all their products made with bioavailable grains and vegetables including bread, kvaas, and germinated grains. I'm always forgetting to add fermented foods to my diet but Volgin makes it easy with such delicious option!
This stuff is good medicine. So good. I’m eating health really haha. I have had so many problems with my gut and their kvass helps so much as well as all of their fermented foods like the sauerkraut. And if I’m feeling like I’m coming down on something their immunity picks me back up.
