The worst Waffle House and customer service experience I ever experienced in my life. First the waitress could not remember the order. They worked very slow. My hubby was about to eat his omelette and a roach crawled out of it. This place needs to be closed and revamped with new employees and needs to be cleaned from top to bottom. The worst place ever. I will be calling corporate. Something needs to happen.

THE WORST SERVICE!!!! We arrived and wasn't there now than 10 minutia before leaving. The waitress was rude to everyone, like we all annoyed her for coming in. First, the menus were dirty with food on them. When she approached our table to take our order, after taking another guests order, I began with my order and I guess I wasn't soaking loud enough, she shook her head and snatched the menu to see what I wanted. Because of her reaction I said I don't want anything and proceeded to leave. The gentlemen that ordered before us left too. When arriving at the Almeda location, there was a group that had the same experience. Everyone left to go to the Almeda location because we were not welcomed at 1720 College St. I've grown up goring to waffle house and have never been disappointed until now.
This is by far THE best Waffle House we have ever eaten at. The staff are friendly, professional, and prompt.There is so much organization which lends to a very welcoming and accommodating environment. What an overall great experience!!!We will definitely be back when we are in the Houston area.P.S. There may be a short wait, but it's worth the wait.

Waffle horse is my go to... this place was locked up. Staff indicated it was for safety. would only serve to go. overpriced my order and added on a service fee and a to-go fee. Waffle tasted old, potatoes under cooked. toast was on molded bread.

The same thing in this place I came for 2 time and it looks the same nasty the persons don't clean always trash on the floor and the waitress always takes a long time and the greeter can even clean very very slow like he ask permission to each part of the body just to move lol super

This Waffle House is first class! Our server Charlie came with the service and grade “A” food ! She even introduced me to a nice young gentleman at the bar. It was truly a match made in Waffle House Heaven .
